The staff here are very professional and welcoming. Started visiting again with my new staffy puppy and always receive great service even with the annoying COVID protocols in place (waiting in the car, etc.) that they legally must abide by.

Took my 8 year old, super friendly but nervous, jack russel girl in to get a lump checked out and was extremely upset with the vet, who made no attempt to calm or befriend my dog and immediately reached for a muzzle when she supposedly 'started growling' that could be heard through the stethoscope. I have never been so uncomfortable in a vets office after being told to wrestle a leather muzzle on my timid little girl. She was so nervous she wouldn't allow me to strap it on so I gave up, opting for the second choice of wrapping her in a grossly thick blanket to go through with the check up. The only reason I didn't walk out was because I only wanted to make sure her lump wasn't an immediate issue. If I could give less than one star I would. This person seems like they're in the wrong business, and I trust my dogs opinion of people more than their degrees.

I attended this veterinary with my 8 year old child and upon entering the premises, I was told 'NO' and that only 2 people could be in the building. I was then told that I could leave my child in the car. Unattended! I am fully aware of what is happening in the world and had I been told over the phone the night before, when making the appointment, that only 2 people were allowed inside, I would have made some kind of arrangement for my child. The care provided for my dog was fine, unfortunately the human skills are lacking.

Heather was extremely rude, rough with my dog and argumentative. Heather yelled at my child and was just a moody rude person, last time we ever attend this clinic

We took my dog Oscar who is 17 years old in for a check up by Heather Tilly and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life!She was rude, impatient and abrupt when we asked any questions.Being of concern of our dogs age we just wanted a consult to ensure we were getting the best advice and being in a vulnerable state I just had to pay the fee for the visit.Please if you read this avoid Heather at all costs unless you want to waste your money and you care about your pets wellbeing.I will be making a formal complaint about our experience.

Edit: Following this, the owner lost the cat again. The vet without my consent gave my address and name to the cats owner and stated I would have their cat. Fortunately the owner was not aggressive when they turned up at my house and saw their cat was not there.Hideously unprofessional vet. The poor reputation of this clinic is well-established, and for good reason. Found a stray and called to say we had no clue what to do, was told to wait a week then bring it in as there was not even 10 minutes available until then.Did as instructed only to be outright verbally abused in the carpark by this vet for not bringing it in earlier. We will be ensuring our pet-owner friends are aware of the disgusting attitude this professional" acted with.The person on reception was lovely though. 10/10 for them."

I'm so disappointed with this vet practice.First I took my cat there as we moved to this area, they couldn't draw blood from him, even though that's why we were there. They charged me anyway and told me to go to Bundoora to get it done. Should have trusted my gut.Today we went there with our dog to get her checked, the vet was so rude and judgmental, her whole manner seemed to have stemmed from her believing that we are bad dog parents without any evidence for it, she hasn't even seen us before. I have never been spoken to by a vet like that, absolutely shocking.Bundoora clinic staff are so very lovely, despite it being a vet hospital and they're constantly under the pump but this calm suburban vet can't be nice even with all the time in the world.Will not return to this vet, they're simply mean and unprofessional.

Just read a review below about Dr H Tilley and if I had read it earlier, I would have asked if there was another Dr on site. My partner experienced the same unprofessional / unhelpful vet - his words were she was useless". If you read consider visiting another vet doctor who will be more helpful and sympathetic when you're feeling worried or concerned about your pet."

Lovely staff, experienced, good communication and care, you can make an appointment. They manage the social distancing requirements well. Fees and charges explained up front and estimates for procedures are detailed and explained so you can see what’s needed and why. Excellent post operative care and follow up appointments.
