Everything about Stanley Restaurant was amazing. The banquet menu with all of the lovely flavours was amazing. The service was brilliant. The wine and cocktail list was extensive. And the location and views are amazing.We went mid week and were treated to a wonderful experience. Sitting outside in the patio under cover and in the fresh night air wasn’t a problem as heaters were available.Stanley Restaurant is a fabulous experience which catered well in the banquet menu for my dairy free and gluten free diet.It was a lovely experience in all ways.

What a fantastic experience! Exceeded the expectations. The service was always helpful and welcoming. Even when we reached our two hour seating time, we were not shoved out but graciously moved to a searing area with an amazing view and service did not stop!The food was absolutely delicious! No doubt we will be back. It was all so tasty and a culinary heaven! The wine list is extensive and the mocktails are delicious.Love the decor and very comfortable seating. Well done Stanley team! Thank you also for my birthday treat!

Our beautiful group of old friends had such a lovely dinner tonight. The food was delicious, the service was accommodating, and the atmosphere was magical. Moreton Bay Bug spring rolls were absolutely fantastic.

One night in Brisbane and no idea where to go. My partner that night had been recommended something at the wharves. Chose this place. Got a seat on the top balcony looking straight our at the bridge. Glorious! The food was beautiful and the service excellent. Budget quite reasonable. We were left alone a long time at the end, to leave when we were ready. After visiting, they stay in touch, like we’re actually friends. Very nicely done and looking forward to my next visit soon.

This is one of the best dishes in the world. You must eat it. It is something you can try to make but you will not match. Just lash out the 180 bucks (or get your mate of 45 years to pay for it). But if you’re a cheapskate - the salt n pepper calamari will not disappoint.

Stanley Restaurant is one of my favourite fine-dining Cantonese restaurants as the atmosphere and food is always divine.The coral trout was smooth and delicious, however, I thought it could’ve done with a bit more flavour. Regardless, I could eat the Moreton Bay Spring Rolls all day, everyday! The BBQ pork was deliciously tender & the glaze was 10/10. The crayfish lo mein was different than what I expected, however, it was beautifully creamy & did not disappoint. The spicy beef ho fun was also great. The Dim Sims were all delicious, however, they are expensive and you could probably get more traditional dim sim at a better price at normal cantonese restaurants.Although expensive, the quality of ingredients, presentation and dishes are definitely worth it - the perfect place to celebrate any special occasion!
