I so look forward to getting my massages and Luna is my go to person. She always applies the perfect amount of pressure and I leave so relaxed and pain free. My son also had a soccer injury and James was incredible in helping him get back to fit condition.

This place had ok review on google so I gave it a chance.The massage was terrible, way to hard and painful and even after asking for a softer touch was not given. It was a very rough massage that left me bruised and sore afterwards (older male masseuse).I won’t be returning and given the huge amount of options in Cleveland for massage will go elsewhere going forwards

Terrible. I have had more than 100 massages, maybe more than 200. This was the worst ever. 4 times she left the “room” (just a curtain between the “room” and the reception area, to talk with a coworker. Then the coworker came in 4 times to talk with her while giving massage. She didn’t know what she was doing. I like it firm but this was ridiculous. More of a Rolfing session than massage. Totally unrelaxing. When I told her to ease up a bit, she didn’t. Pretty disorganized. I wish them luck but they gotta professionalize.
