dont even bother, had only 2 patients in front of me and it took an hour and i left eventually. Lady went to take a toilet break and then was on the phone for ages while patients were all waiting outside....

Steer clear, abusive staff.The staff member working at Melbourne Pathology Croydon on the 16/11/2022  should not have a job.She was extremely rude to my elderly mother.Made her wait an hour, let others in front of her, and then, when there was no one else left waiting my mother politely knocked on the door to let the lady know she was still waiting, only to get yelled at I'M HAVING A BREAK" and the door slammed in her face.We left the pathology and went elsewhere to have her tests done.Truly horrible experience."

Went today to get a 2 hour glucose test done. Sue was great! Explained everything to me, and was very lovely to deal with.
