10 out 10 for me. After a major roof leak dripped water all over my laptop on my desk. I let it dry out it over a couple of days but it was lifeless and I was resigned to having to buy a new computer and trying to salvage my data.I dropped into Crox and after about 30 minutes they had my laptop back working as before. Thank you so much Crox.

Exceptional customer service, very helpful and quick to respond to queries, Very knowledgeable and also some extremely good deals.Can't recommend this store enough as they have better service than all other Perth computer stores combined so please give them your business and you won't be disappointed.

Bought my Gaming PC about a month or so ago and I couldn't be happier!!!Steve was fantastic and didn't try to upsell me anything crazy that I didn't need or want. He asked me questions and recommend what he thought was best based off my needs and budget.I am new to the PC world and have been using Mac for the past 10 years. I was very intimidated by the countless options, compatibly issues and price that came with building a PC but Steve explained everything very well in terms that I understood. One of the biggest fears I had in building a PC came down to price, Steve kindly took the time to show and explain comparisons and benchmarks for CPUs and Graphics cards breaking down the costs and value for money which took away any concern that I walked in with.I ended going with one of their pre-builds with an upgrade CPU because I loved the look of the case, the build fit perfectly with what I was looking for in a PC and the price was perfect! I was thinking that I was going to have to spend close to $5000 (out of my budget) to get what I thought I needed but it ended up being much less.I have already recommend Crox to friends of mine and when it comes time to upgrading, I will 100% be back!!

I'm someone a bit out of the game in terms of pc building and parts, and Steve was amazing about helping me out with a custom build. He was happy to sit down and chat with me and made sure the parts I wanted were compatible, good value for money, and worked for what I wanted overall. 10/10 would give Crox all my future business and recommend them to a friend/colleague.

Although I am yet to collect my online purchase from Crox I couldn’t wait to share how incredibly fair this company is. The costs are very reasonable and they have different categories of service to appeal to everyone. The customer service is beyond the normal and deserves more than 5 stars. This is a transparent company and it shows in their communication and how they run their company. I could not recommend any other company for your computing and technological needs. Crox’ range of refurbished machines also allows people on a smaller budget to get the same incredible experience that is a pleasure to receive. Thank you Crox team! I look forward to many years with my wonderful computer to come.

He quickly troubleshoot my pc remotely and found an issue and made suggestions and he did this in moments notice.Level of service was just wow.Now a happy client.

Bought a month ago. Excellent and extremely quick service. Quality of the building is also top level. Ordered from Sydney and arrived in perfect working order. Would buy here again for sure
