I needed to change the straps on two watches. Was done in a few minutes for a very competitive price. Very happy with the quick and friendly service.

This store is amazing.So caring and considerate with what you’re looking to do. I recently had a diamond channel ring resized, Nic and Ingrid were incredible… at first they thought it couldn’t be done but they took so much care to resize the ring and not lose any of the diamonds.So so grateful for all the work they’ve done for and my family over the years and the care they take towards my jewellery and being available for new our jaws, last minute gift ideas and reshaping/redesigning jewellery and even saving my finger that one time my finger swelled and Dean had to cut the ring off.Thanks DNS highly recommend this family owned small business

Not many watch & Jewelery places like this open anymore :)!! The family or staff that work here have always been super friendly & helpful whether it be fixing something for nothing or charging :)!!Wouldn't think twice on taking my watch or Jewelery anywhere else & definitely with no doubt i would be recommending  here too anyone else :).Good honest & friendly service at a fair price is hard to find these days :D!!

I would not recommend them & I don’t trust them.I put a bracelet to be shortened and to put a clasp on it. They put the clasp but never shortened the bracelet. They charged me a hefty amount ($150)They only put the clasp & never shorted the bracket. They insisted they did it.They charged for a job they never did..I went and saw the owner as I wanted a refund for the work that they never did.He refused but offered to shortened the bracelet.I don’t trust them anymore, I would not leave the bracelet again.DON’T GO THERE
