Dog Royalty

We've used Dog Royalty for their daycare services since our Cocker Spaniel was only a few months old and he has loved every minute of it. We were lucky enough to get abroad this Christmas and left him with Chris and the team for 3 weeks. Alfie loved it, came back very happy and healthy. We couldn't recommend Dog Royalty more. Casper was initially uneasy but now he can't wait to get picked-up by the Dog Royalty team. As soon as they arrive, he rushes to get in the van - he always comes home happy and tired. The system/communication with the team is also outstanding. :)

We LOVE Dog Royalty! My 1 year old English Staffy Joy" has been attending Dog Royalty for over 4 months now and she always has the best time with her doggy pals and comes home utterly exhausted (and happy)! It's been so great for her socialisation skills and I love that they have a big outdoor play area (where Joy can enjoy her sunny bakes). Their pick up and drop off service is so convenient for full time workers (like myself). Chris and the team are always super friendly

Chris and the team are just extraordinary - and their empathy with animals and people is exemplary. They sent updates and snaps every day to assure us that our puppy Pearl was doing OK. They took so much care with her and even let her ride shotgun when she was anxious. They really do live their values of animal care. Every single team member we met had the same commitment to care - for all their animals. Feel blessed that we found then when we needed them. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Our dog loves Dog Royalty. It is his happy place. He is always super excited to be picked up by Dog Royalty’s van.The service is extraordinarily convenient - your furry friend gets picked up in the morning and dropped off in the afternoon, back home after a busy day of playing with other dogs.All staff members are super friendly, responsive and reliable. Dog Royalty is beyond amazing - my dog absolutely loves going, but what really sets them apart is the service they provide to me as well. They really care about the dogs as individuals, and take them time to chat to me about how he is going, if there are ever any issues, and work closely with me to help him be as happy as possible. The Dog Royalty team are simply fantastic! My dog Billy has been attending daycare for over 6 months and comes back happy and exhausted. Summary: if you are thinking of using dog royalty, stop thinking and do it! You won’t look back.After poor experiences with other dog care facilities we really landed on our feet when we found dog royalty! We have been using their regular daycare twice weekly for almost a year now and they have been excellent from the very beginning. Our very energetic puppy started young and they have not only coped with his excessive energy and excitement but helped him socialise better and thrive.We particularly appreciate the personal experience they offer and they have helped us on more than one occasion when we have needed extra days etc. They even managed to keep him overnight boarding for 2 nights last minute. They communicate excellently with owners via WhatsApp including photos and videos and give us a call if needed.They haven’t skipped a beat on collection or pick up. We enjoy seeing him having the best time on the cameras which only confirms what he already know: he has a blast there!

We're very grateful for all the work Dog Royalty have done with our girl, and the huge help they've always been. We've already recommended them to friends and strangers alike.They're well worth every penny.
