Taco Bell Eatons Hill
Went through drive-thru, they missed half our order. Staff were poor at managing to fix their error. Staff only remade half the meal, even though they said they would remake the whole thing, as everything we originally got was cold by the time we had the rest of our food. When we asked for this to be fixed the manager was very passive aggressive and rude. Disappointed as there are lovely staff here usually.

Went in last night and made an order for 2 meals. They sent one out but missed the other one. Waited another 5 minutes and asked where it was. Manager said they would look into it. She walked straight into the office, come back and said I was a liar because she could see that an order was delivered to our table. I said yes but the second meal should be in a box, which we didnt receive. She then went and checked the bin for the empty box. It took another 35 minutes for us to get the order that I'd paid for and didn't receive, all the while getting death stares from the staff, because they thought I was a liar. Worst experience at so called restaurant ever in my life!!!

Went here and received very unpleasant customer service. Asked for what the puff of the cinnamon roll desert was made of as I’m allergic to certain ingredients. How do you work there and not know what you’re serving? I’ve never received such a passive aggressive attitude in my life when I was being nice as well so I don’t know where or how that could have happened. I can only think that possibly it was to do with myself being asian. Incredibly racist and unpleasant to deal with, never coming back here ever again and I suggest anyone of a colour background should be careful of the workers and the fat manager there too!

ordered through doordash and got a boss burrito combo and the stacked chips supreme. Specifically requested no sour cream, cheese or ranch. I bite into my burrito and all i could taste was sour cream. I'm lactose intolerant and extremally disappointed as i love taco bell. Do better and double check your orders please and thank you.the stacked chips were bland and cold as well.

Always great food and quick service. My only complaint is I don't think with my many many visits I have ever had hot fresh chips. They are ALWAYS cold. To be honest most of the time I don't even eat them. I imagine if u get them hot and fresh they would be nice

If it’s basic Tacos and seasoned chips that you’re after then this place is great. Burritos and the other stuff is not recommended. Pretty good value if you stick to Tacos. Service is fine.

Taco Bell Eatons Hill
It was time to try Taco Bell as it is local and we hadn't been to any previously. It was for the five of us a very average experience. Food was okay, but the same dishes are better elsewhere: guacamole and sour cream were splashed in one spot and needed spreading to enhance the flavour. The person taking the orders needed to project his voice to be heard and to be more welcoming. I was amazed by the huge amount of packaging that became waste. We were dining in, so serving on plates/ bowls etc would have been better for the environment! Our general waste half filled the allocated bin. We shan't be giving up our longer journeys to the Mexican restaurant at Strathpine Centre as it is far superior.

Taco Bell has become my new favourite Takeaway. Food is exceptionally tasty with a load of variety. Refills on softdrink and a jukebox u can choose your songs on!!
