Timing͏ is everythingWe͏ had put our house on the market as rates started to go up and the market softened. Harriet did a great job of getting people to click online and follow through. We had a lot of interest but people were clearly holding back to see what the market would do. A challenge for any agent. We ended up passing it in but Harriet was able to maintain the interest through various engagement channels and we ultimately ended up with a sale still within the range she had advised at the beginning.
