Absolutely terrible customer service from the lady answering the phone. Refused to book for us unless we can “guarantee” on street parking in the middle of Fortitude Valley?! We have dedicated van parking on the ground floor for this specific type of maintenance and work, but she still refused to book us. Was nothing but snarky and rude, will never recommend to anyone STAY AWAY
