Shane is an absolute legend. We had a terrible case of bird mites, to the point we were covered in bites. Before burning our house down, we decided to give GBS Pest Control a call. Shane was out within two days, worked his magic and a day later not a single mite or bite!! Reasonably priced, great customer service and even a follow up phone call to see how everything is. Doesn’t get much better than that. Highly recommended!! (And we never had to set the house on fire).

Shane came and helped us with a termite situation due to some infested neighbourhood gum trees. Shane was always prompt, thorough, he knew exactly what to do and most importantly, was very honest and a really nice person to have around. I would recommend GBS Pest Control to anyone! If I ever am in need of pest control (or even advice), I will be going with Shane at GBS Pest Control. Why? because he solved our problem over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars.We had a builder mentioned that their might be some termite damage in our bathroom but he wasn't sure, so he recommended getting an expert to look at it. We were hoping someone could diagnose the issue by looking at photos of the damage. After calling around several places, all provided a range of call-out quotes but none were interested in looking at the photos.Until I called Shane! He made it clear that there was no termite damage from the photos, which he recommend I send across before I mentioned I had them at all.Now this is a contractor I can trust. Fantastic!
