Clear Skincare Clinic Moonee Ponds

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the moonee ponds clinic. I have been attending clear skin clinics for a few years now and have always been very happy with the service. This was my second visit to the moonee ponds clinic and I specifically booked in with the same lady as the last visit as she was very thorough and professional. I was never told that it would not be her at my appointment. I arrived and checked in at reception and was told to sit and wait. About ten minutes went by and my phone started to ring and I looked over at the desk and realised they were calling me so I went over and told them that I was there. The girl then rushed me into the room and told me to get on the bed when I was ready, she did not leave the room so that I could get undressed in privacy. This has never happened before as I have always been given time to undress in privacy, I asked her if I was to get undressed there in the room and she said yes. I was extremely uncomfortable. I then noticed that another persons used wipes were on the table where I was placing my items. She then handed me unclean glasses that had not been wiped. The whole appointment was over in less than ten minutes. I had booked and paid for full leg, Brazilian, underarm and two add ons. She did not ask me once about any previous experiences or how my laser journey was. She did not ask or complete the add ons that should have been included. When I was leaving she asked if I wanted to rebook and I said no. Ten minutes after leaving, I got a text to say my booking was confirmed for six weeks time. Overall I was very disappointed as I had specifically booked this appointment to ensure I could be with the same person as my last appointment and I drove 50 minutes to the clinic

I've had two of the signature acne treatment + peel + led treatments so far, and the improvement on my skin is clearly noticeable already. Friendly staff and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Zara is a fantastic beauty therapist and I highly recommend her for all laser/skin procedures. She never rushes you and she sorted a skin issue that I have been self conscious about for a while swiftly

I am so disappointed with my experience at this clinic. They continually move my appointments with no consultation except a text message to say it is moved. I never truly feel welcomed when walking in the door, it's not a clinic I enjoy attending and I regret purchasing the package that I did.

I had been to this clinic before and had good experience until today was gonna have my underarms laser and I got there 5 minutes late for my appointment (6.15pm) and one of the staff was being rude about it + giving me attitude.I never complained previously having to wait for my appointments when I got there early (as always) ?!Perhaps, customer service could be a little better when handling this kind of things.

I have been to multiple lazer hair removal clinics for years and it is so hard to find the right one, until I found Nat T! Nat treats you like royalty and she is so professional, lovely, amazing at what she does and I cannot recommend her enough! Nat has not only helped me with my lazer hair removal she is now looking after my skin care and she is very knowledgeable at what she does. I trust her so much with my skin and I am very picky when it comes to skin care as I have hormonal acne and very sensitive skin and Nat has made my skin glow. It has only been minor changes to my skin care routine and also with the help of her skin care treatments on site, my skin is feeling better than it ever has!!!

Waste of my time! CBD store cancelled on me last minute as they didn't have anyone qualified to do my skin consultation and directed me to Moonee Ponds. Spoke with a person over the phone at Moonee Ponds to schedule in my appointment and she didn't raise any concerns about not having staff. Received a voicemail the morning of my appointment to also say they don't have anyone qualified to do my skin consultation and told me my appointment was cancelled.

First of all no one pics calls from 12 pm till closing , no call backs !I booked online with new ohone no and email address ! I kept leaving voice messages with my phone no too . I took day off early from work to reach moonee ponds from Weribee .When reached I was told it’s canceled and they called me , I received no call backs on my number . They kept calling old phone number . Staff was 3 girls at the counter around 5:15 and simply not picking up calls or left phone on hold . Not interested in working either and told me we cancelled ur booking . I called that number since I started driving from Weribee around 4:30 .Three sitting and not answering calls and saying when they in treatment they can’t but when they at counter I guess they shud . I rushed drived in busy times and I left shop without saying anything. Horrible experience … simply no one wants to attend as they want to go home

[EDIT] I left this review over a month ago and someone responded below asking me to call the clinic that treated me terribly or email the below email. So I emailed the below email that was provided only to have the email bounce back twice. It would be great if someone could provide an accurate email to be contacted on, otherwise it seems that the below reply was a fake attempt at making amends.I have been going to clear skin for years. I was previously going to the one on little Collins and the ladies there were always professional and friendly. Since attending the Moonee Ponds clinic as I had moved I have never been more disappointed by the service and care in my life. I am 4 months pregnant and before receiving my last dermapen I asked the beautician if it was safe which she responded saying yes and apparently her manager confirmed. I then went to attend another appointment a month later and was told after driving 30 minutes to get there that my person wasn’t in today so, I rebooked in two weeks time with no issue. When I arrived the 3rd time I was told that the dermapen machine was broken so they could offer me a chemical peel instead. I asked if this was safe being pregnant and they said no, but neither was the dermapen. I asked why I had been advised it was safe then and received the treatment. The lady responded with more explanations as to why it’s unsafe. I said I understood but I was trying to understand how I could be advised it was safe and receive the treatment if it was so clearly not. Her response was “I wasn’t in the room so I can’t tell you”. This went on for some time. Without once getting an apology, or even an understanding for how this can be upsetting. She said that I could speak to the manager which I said I would like to and then proceeded to tell me there isn’t actually a manager. I ended up saying that I felt unsafe to get a treatment from that clinic as there was zero accountability being shown and asked for a manager to call me and follow up. This was now 3 weeks ago and no one has followed up. To make matters worse I had this conversation in a private room in a calm manner. When we walked out of the room the clinician obviously made a face at the other staff and they all started laughing. It was the most disgusting display of customer service I had seen. To some people this might not seem upsetting but when you have already lost a baby (recently) due to deformities and you do your due diligence to ensure you are protecting your next baby, you hope that the people giving you professional advice are actually professional especially when you explain this to them.

customer service is ok but getting a signature acne treatment for minor pimples or acne is not worth ,, it brought me even more acne and. marks even after spending nearly $3000.. they will always trap you for expensive treatment but get a second review from anyother place if you really need it.
