Worse medical office that I have ever had to deal with, obviously not a great place to work either as they can't keep doctors and won't keep you as a patient if you don't have regular visits! I obviously wasn't making them enough money and when I needed a doctor they refused to see me.

Very disappointing. Tried to get my 7 year old daughter in to see a doctor who was running high temps early afternoon on a Thursday day. Literally empty waiting room but the moment I mentioned I didn't live in the area, I was treated like I was like a second class of human who didn't matter! I can understand the demand holiday makers would put on practices in peak seasons but this is the dead season and there was NO ONE waiting to be seen!!! Had to walk out of the practice trying to explain to my sick daughter why she couldn't get the help she needed.

i would like to give them 5 stars .but.......an older receptionist behaved really rude and means towards patients who suffered painful foot . her tunes really upset n unpleasant to hear . other patients paused and turned heads towards her as she scornfully speak. what a pathetic worker. it is time for retirement if she really not happy to serve people with colour. doctors and other younger receptionists are nice and cool. generally ,people in port stephen are nice . I hope this rotten apple dont spoil this vibe.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst doctors and staff ever experienced in my life. USELESS, no longer bulk bill and Medicare rebates charges are double! Seen 4 doctors in 2 years, all arrogant, rude and extremely unhelpful. They only care about the money not the health of patients. I rather go to a Vet.

We travel from Newcastle to this practice. The staff have always been really friendly, our doctor (Lynn) is exceptional and we would follow her anywhere. We could not be more satisfied with the care provided.
