I don't give 0 because I can't, 3 chicken Parma, 1 burned 2 with an hair on the plate, we made it a meal for 7.50$ extra and we did not get the sides separately but in the same plates ( very hard to say if we get extra) when they replace the Parma 1 of it came at least 10 minutes after our Parma ending up eating by himself as our food was getting cold, also is time to replace the plates as are black and look dirty, Cesar salad was avarage with some root leaves and funny colour eggs.

Absolutely annoyed and angry that the night staff that I watched tonight while my family and i were eating dinner, they had started to pack up their chairs and tables and dragging them across the floor while other customers were still eating, I had asked them what time they closed and they said 9.00pm, I said to them so why are you packing your chairs and tables at 8.00pm, with them replying that they wanted to leave at 9.00pm on the dot. So disappointed that they made us feel like we had to hurry up and leave for them.

Friendly staff, delicious food and quick service. The restaurant itself is also always very clean and tidy. I'd recommend this Schnitz.

Although sometimes the tables are screaming to be wiped down and cleaned, the venue serves good food. Have been here many many times with family and friends.

We waited 40 mins for our food and if I didn't go and ask them we would have waited probably for longer. I went to ask as i realised people who came after already had their food. I believe they are disorganised and can't handle having a lot of customers at lunch time

Kim, Camila, Zara and Erick are a great team of Schnitz Craigieburn. They all are very efficient in all that they do, a real pleasure to be welcomed every time with a big smile, and they are all so gracious and humble. Anyone that is serious about schnitzel and parma will be pleased to know that the team nail it everytime we eat there. They cook and serve you with the whole love and passion. A lovely and safe heaven to eat and relax a while. The perfect, welcoming hosts in our current climate.

Grabbed some lunch here recently and must say we were pleasantly surprised!We ordered the Plain and Simple Wrap with Chips and the Caesar Salad and both were really delicious. The Caesar Salad in particular was a huge serving and super tasty!Only drawback was the staff member did not speak very clearly when I ordered but he really made up for it by being extremely helpful and pleasant (when taking the order and also when delivering it).Would definitely recommend!

Will never order from here again! I added bacon and spanish onions on my chicken Parma both were missing as well as my chips. but they did not forget to add a metal staple.
