Jump & Climb Traralgon

Arrived at the venue within opening hours 1.15pm on a Friday, but the staff/owner obviously wanted the arvo off as when we arrived one of the staff was leaving then when went to the door it was locked. So we knocked on the door, the owner came out annoyed that we knocked even though it should have been open according hid website, he then had every excuse under the sun...apparently closed for maintenance yet he drove off just after we left even though he was apparently waiting there for the maintenance guy from Melbourne.Oh and we drove 1.5hrs to get here not that he cared,just said you should have booked online. Don't know how that would have helped if he was doing maintenance

Rude management absolute terrible service. Understaffed not even doing regular checks no one at the front counter to even serve. Get here earlier but expected to wait as they don't have staff at front entrance & only at the Cafe session was meant to start at 2pm but didn't start until 2.15pm as there was a wait time but they still expected the session to finish at 3pm absolute ridiculous place. And I will highly not recommend this place to anyone. Goodluck.

My Grandkids love Jump & Climb, staff are awesome and friendly always involved with kids great value.

We had so much fun and got so much exercise at Jump & Climb in Traralgon! It was easy to bounce around and chase each other through each part of the set ups, including the bigger kid areas, dodge ball, the toddler section, the climbing section and the back area. Heaps to do in this warehouse in the middle of the industrial area.

$20 an hr, my 2 children rocked up 15min in and only got 45min on the climb to which I said can they go on the jump for 15min = answer no! The need another $20 ticket!What a disgrace!Greed.

Good fun to be had by kids and adults alike! An hour was a bit long for the trampolines as there wasn't much choice of different types but was well patrolled by staff. More staff to help with harnesses at climbing area would have been good so we had more climb time. Staff were friendly though and place was clean. Reasonably priced too. Would return.

Wicked place to take the kids pitty about the rude lady that served us basically accused us of not paying! And pay we did... 2 6year old kids for 1 hr timed session $47! Ripped off

We were there at the reception from 12:24 pm-12:28 pm on 21/01/2023, a young boy served me, I asked how much for tickets, then I saw the instruction paper on the desk so i just read it by myself, I saw it was hourly sessions, I just asked the young boy about how long we can play, his answer was they were fully booked at 2pm today, so there is no position for me, let me come back tomorrow! I just wondering, it was 12:25pm, why you ask me to ho home and come back tomorrow? How many tomorrow that people have? 12:25pm, why were you push people off? Felt very disappointed by being serviced by him and your action might cause some lost from your boss, i felt sorry for your boss

I wish we had a place like this when I was a kid. Well equiped, friendly well trained staff, great with kids. Everyone enjoys themselves here and kids leave happy and in need of a nap.

Good area, Kids had lots of fun.
