I couldn't say much more about the understanding and kindness of Zahra Gilmour. I happen to know that these consultants are under a great deal of pressure to meet targets, KPI's, etc. Though these factors are important to all of the consultants, Zahra's key priority would appear to be the customer; and in particular, encouraging belief in their ability to move ahead and achieve a much improved standard of life and happiness.

Trish from atWork Herdsman has been terrific at working with me to gain employment.I've never had someone take the time and care she has in making me comfortable with the process. Previously I recommended AtWork to a lot of people, but my most recent experience with Steph at Osborne Park has made me extremely unlikely to recommend it to anyone again. After being essentially insulted about my conditions and having them trivialised in one appointment, leading to a distinct relapse, the following meeting Steph had her manager there, presumably because I sent an email of complaint. Her manager was very lovely and supportive but through that entire meeting, Steph acted like a petulant child caught sticking their hand in the cookie jar. Completely unprofessional, and as I've been told she is the only job coach currently available at Osborne Park, I cannot recommend going there.The prior coaches I had of Jenny and Natalie were both amazing, very supportive, understanding, and empathetic. Jenny was incredible and was the initial reason I recommended AtWork so thoroughly. I was led to believe that all their coaches were of similar calibre, but maybe that was just me being naïve.

Zahra I cannot thank you enough! You changed my life forever. I was hopeless when I came to you. I didn't want to see anyone related Centrelink but you changed me. You made me believe there are people out there ready to help. I found my dream job with your help. You reimbursed the money I paid for my clothes in the same day. You are a legend

I would like to post a review for Zahra Gilmour :)I transferred to AtWork Osborne Park last year following an awful experience with a previous DES provider/coach. I was anxious and unoptimistic at first - but then I had my first meeting with Zahra, who was welcoming and kind. I left my first appointment with a realistic job plan, achievable targets and a job trial - just like that! No nonsense. She supported and encouraged me the entire time. Always answered her phone/emails, never forgot to mark off meetings or mutual obligations etc.Zahra was always on the ball and thinking two steps ahead. Within 6 months I had secured work (still ongoing). Zahra supported me to become job-ready.Unlike other coaches/providers, Zahra always treated me like a person - not a number. I was listened to and treated with respect at all times.If you need DES support I highly recommend her! Zahra is one in a million! Seriously, it's very hard to find supports who believe in their work the way she does.Thanks Zahra!
