Dental on Keppel

Having always had a reluctance to visit dentists unless absolutely necessary I today had to have an appointment with Emma. All I can say is my reluctance to visit dentists has changed. I have had a massive fear of dentists all my life. I’ve put off going to one until it gets to the point where I don’t have a choice. I’ve been to a few dentists in town, but could never get comfortable with them and didn’t want go back. Today I had an appointment at Dental on Keppel where I saw Emma. I was so nervous and she made me feel at ease Straight away. Once she started the process of my filling, she walked me through step by step. Knowing what was happening next made me feel so much better. She was gentle, quick and so professional, I was surprised that I didn’t feel as anxious as I normally would. This has been the first time for me after a filling feeling good about going back to the dentist. I have a few more things to be done and I can definitely say that I’m not feel anxious at all going back!! Thank you so much Emma, to you and your beautiful assistant for making my experience a good one.

I took my very nervous daughter to see Emma. So kind and calmingingly talked with her. Won't be taking her her to any other dentists now. Thanks so much for looking after her.

Haven't had a new dentist in years. Unfortunately I broke a tooth on a piece of ice and needed to find a dentist in Bathurst. Saw Emma today and she was terrific. Dealt with the tooth in a calm and friendly manner. Diagnosed, explained and then went to work to rectify the situation. Displayed great clinical skills and match this with a friendly patient manner. Happy to say, I now have a new dentist and would highly recommend.
