Chris and the boys were very professional and happy to work around my own plan and design. Very happy with the final product.

Our Executive pools installation was unprofessional and somewhat chaotic throughout. Despite repeated promises work was continually delayed and we had to make regular phone calls to ensure that the project was on track. Communication was poor and extra costs were added regularly without detailed information. The project management left a lot to be desired and it appeared that the workers were not always given clear instructions.

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!A total nightmare.It all started with the wrong colour pool being ordered.No proper contract, as per Fair Trading, was given.Very, very poor workmanship.Our phone calls, texts and emails were constantly ignored.Our pool was put in too high and this caused us a large amount of problems.The temporary pool fencing fell into our pool and badly scratched the fibreglass.The installers appeared to have little or no experience.He's a real smooth talker and will promise you the world!Just don't!

Executive Pools’ website states: “We always strive to give that personal, professional service with attention to detail.”I’m afraid our experience of dealing with Chris couldn’t have been further from this promise. In hindsight, we should have paid attention to the various negative online reviews about Chris and his company, and we could have saved ourselves a great deal of distress, time and money.Our new pool was a simple dream that quickly turned into a living nightmare more than 12 months ago when we originally instructed Executive Pools to carry out the work. Christmas 2022 was a realistic aim for completion, we thought. We were asked to pay our deposit up front, as expected, however when the deposit is 1/3 of the total pool cost you can’t help but feel “locked in”. More on that later.We’ve seen other reviews cite “chaos”, “delays” and “poor communication” when dealing with Executive Pools – this nicely sums up our own experience. With the pool months behind schedule, excuses ranged from “my workers have heat stroke”, to “the pool has a bubble and needs to be remade”, to “Covid”, “the flu”, “machinery breakdowns” and multiple others . We finally got a pool delivered, but it was the wrong colour.Despite repeated assurances from Chris that he would “have us swimming by Christmas”, the festive period came and went (as did various visits from friends and family hoping to see our new pool) with little to no progress on the site. Chris had the decency at one point to turn up at the house to update us, but again it just felt like a delaying tactic and following that visit nothing changed, leaving us waiting with no clear guidance or assurances.The final straw for us was when we had a certifier knock on our door to tell us that while we have approval for a pool, we don’t have the required construction certificate to carry out the work legally. This left us having to apply to the council to obtain the construction certificate ourselves and ultimately hope it would get approved. You would expect “experts” like Executive Pools to check all of this beforehand.Despite the hefty deposit paid up front, such was our desperation for our nightmare to end that we decided to swallow the cost and organise other tradesmen to finalise pool completion. Just a few weeks on and the work is nearly complete.We’re not surprised to see and hear growing resentment towards Executive Pools in the local area – do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs.

I couldn’t recommend Chris and his team more. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and very genuine. We had a very difficult site and Chris went above and beyond to ensure our pool was complete by the date we were aiming for. Great communication and a beautiful quality pool. Highly recommend!

Very affordable, and nothing was a problem. Changed mind numerous times with design and the boys were more then happy to help me. Excellent service. RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND!!!
