Owners knows everything. Assured me part was correct. Gets angry for asking if part is definitely for 2 door accent. Gets more angry for pointing out it is a two door not a four door. Says 100% positive it's the correct part.Take to mechanic. Wrong part. Even after asking and checking and being reassured for this place.Owner blames me for him not listening.Refund and never again.Go somewhere where the proprietor is friendly as Nd welcoming and doesn't treat you like an idiot for them not knowing their own job.Would be 0 stars if an option.

Friendly staff and if a part was unavailable then it was sourced from wherever it is available. Prices are quite reasonable in comparison to the manufacturer of the vehicle and their spare parts.

needed a air box pipe for my Mazda, $40 online. Went down to Re'spares they wanted $85.00, for the exact same part. went home and ordered the exact same part from Sydney for $40 delivered.

I wish could give this place 0 star. Very rude owner, got no manners when it comes to customer service. He gave me wrong part and when I confronted him he said part is fine and there is some another issue with the car. After heated argument over phone he told me to bring the part to his place and he will exchange it with another one. I drove 30kms to his place and then he told me he won’t exchange the part and he started swearing.Worst place I have ever been to. Go at your own risk since this guy will never accept his mistake.

Gave me a plug for electric window for free, they could of charged me about $10 to $25, most places are shut and I really needed it. Very helpful and considerate. Thank you.

Extremely dodgy and dishonest business, had a terrible experience with re spares where he gave me the wrong spare parts for my car and even refused to return or replace. I would like to recommend not to deal with this business.

The worst place in terms of customer service, and pricing. They are honestly very very bad. They make u feel you are stupid. I was after a part and the guy is asking me why do u need the part? Are you serious??? Very weird people to meet
