My car was having troubles on Tuesday the 2nd, at 6 am. I needed a tow from Byron to a mechanic in Ballina. I was calling company's for quotes to compare prices. Everyone gave me a quote, except Total Towing Service. The guy on the line responded with it's 6am and you're calling for a quote? F*** that." And he hung up on me. Please take this lack of character into your consideration when looking for a tow truck in Byron or Ballina."
