Such a simple concept!!!! Thankyou 12Rounds Mascot for the constant push to better myself not only physically but mentally as well!The HIIT workouts are incredible and change daily which makes it different everyday. The staff are so helpful and are so supportive. The very fact that there are no starting times makes it so convenient as well!But its the simplicity of the workouts!!! No fancy, made-up exercises but rather old school strengthening and conditioning exercises as well as the amazing boxing aspect to it!!! And the environment of the place is great; Gone are the days where you would feel like you are being judged and watched as everyone is so supportive of each other which was such a big factor for myself!!!!I would definitely recommend this to everyone!!!!

Great Gym. I love this concept of no class bookings. Always new workout each day. At the beginning, I was intimidated as I never done boxing before but the PT are super friendly and helpful. It’s not just boxing it’s also weights and exercise. I like the variety of it. I like the atmosphere it’s different from a typical gym. It’s very relax and family friendly. They also organise some boxing and other workshops during the year to improve your skills. You should definitely try it !

After being away from the gym for over 2 and a half years due to basketball injury I was both nervous and scared to join a gym as I was very unfit, gained a lot of weight, loss all confidence in myself and I had forgotten the basics of what to do in a gym. After weeks of researching different gyms, HITT classes and bootcamps, I decided to go with 12rounds (mascot). This is because it worked out to be 30-40% cheaper than the other places I looked into, the friendly service I received when I did my trial and I liked that they didnt have set classes. You rock up jump on a round, go for 12 rounds or more then you go home when you are ready to go. One of my favourite things is that there is always a positive and friendly vibe when you walk through the doors and the trainers are amazing they are with us the whole time we are there kicking our arses on a daily and pushing us to our personal limits all while correcting our technique and supporting us in those final seconds when we feel like giving up. Although every round is challenging they are suitable for everyone from beginners to professional athletes. For a gym that creates so much sweat in one's body it is a very clean facility with top equipment and a great environment. After being a member for 3+ months I still get excited to workout, I have noticed that I am faster, stronger, fitter, healthier and I have even lost a few kilos thanks to the team at 12rounds. I absolutely love it and I can't see myself leaving anytime soon. Take the first step like I did and walk through those doors, the trainers Tess and Mel and fellow members will have your back from there.

Great gym. Haven't ever really thought about boxing before, but it is a great workout. Think F45 meets Mike Tyson - 4 rounds of boxing and the remaining 8 rounds is made up of HIT/strength training. The best part is, there is absolutely no excuse for missing a class. Classes are ongoing in the mornings and evenings, you just join in the circuit when ever you get there. So if you are running late on a conference call/stuck in Sydney traffic, just start when you get there.Boxing wise - the trainers are all trained fighters and have really helped on developing my technique.

Great local gym with a huge focus on community.Tony, Elias, Reece and the team are great. They really push and encourage you to acheive your goals.No set class times is an absolute bonus!

For anyone struggling to find motivation this gym is for you! Friendly and helpful trainers makes coming to the gym an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!!

I love this gym! The boxing element is amazing and the start times flexible so you are never restricted. The trainers are all experienced and are fun and friendly. I have benefited immensely not just physically but mentally, I look forward to coming as the vibe is always great and the people are even better. 12 round circuit with training pads and boxing technique and combinations in between. Not a normal gym, this is a lifestyle change and the absolute best of the best. Game changer.

By far the best gym I have ever joined. Great concept and friendly staff make going to the gym an enjoyable experience. Would recommend 12 Round Mascot to anyone.
