Always great friendly service. If a product isnt in stock they are happy to order it on, and it arrives quickly. I had an issue with a product, and they replaced it no problems at all. Love their products.

One of the staff very low at service mind and has no customer service at all. We were just asking for a bag even though it costs money we didn’t mind, but the staff just gave us like a plastic bag that sealed the jacket from the factory. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

Good old fashioned service with a smile. Tennille waded through her computer catalogue to find exactly what I was looking for, and then rang other stores to get it in! Delighted customer.

I shop here on a regular basis and the staff in there are fantastic. I have also sent head office several emails advising them of their amazing staff. I always buy more than what I go in for and this is always due to the staffs product knowledge and their upselling skills. My family and I will continue to shop here regularly. Great job ladies you know who you are!!!!
