Brett is honest and shares his wealth of knowledge and experience with you. He explained everything that could be the problem and rectified it. Basically he leads you through his steps of getting the unit working and tells you the do's and don't with your unit and getting the best out of it. Brett came on short notice and nothing was too much trouble when I was asking questions along the way.
