Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Madeley

I have been going to this branch now close on 10 years and always have been happy. In February i went again to get my yearly glasses. I had my eye test and chose my glasses. The salesman put everything through (or so i thought) and told me i had $10 out of pocket, unfortunately my credit card was at home and i said i would pay the $10 when i picked up the glasses which he did say at the time would be fine, then i waited and waited. After 3 weeks i phoned to ask how far away were the glasses to be told the sales person had not put it through. Today I went back in to get everything done then to be told the polarizing would not be covered as the polarizing promotion had finished and i would need to pay an extra $55, with the staff member saying sorry there was nothing he could do. So through no fault of mine I am being penalized for their staff error. I find this to be completely disappointing so i left. I will now go to another store to get my glasses.

Excellent customer service. Staffs are very friendly and wouldnt hesitate to help out. I had to return new pair of glasses and was rebooked for another test. Problem was quickly solved.Thank you.Highly recommented to anyone.

I just had Antonio fit me for my new glasses. Please hold onto this employee tight because he was absolutely phenomenal, from his customer service to enjoying some in-site from where we are from (remote WA) he was possibly the most polite person I have dealt with in Perth. Thankyou for the chat Antonio! I will definitely be requesting to see you next time the family need new glasses!

I had my appointment today at Specsavers (Madeley) 3:40pm and I arrived to store at 3:48pm (being 8 mins late).I was told by the customer service that I'm late for over half of the appoint duration time of 20 mins and will need to reschedule.Firstly I don't think 8mins is over half of 20mins and secondly I wasn't aware of being late over half of the appointment duration time will require to reschedule.Also I check in the appointment confirmation letter, there is no indication for being late for 8mins will be turned away and require to make another appointment.I had to pick up kids from school, brought them back home and head to store for appointments which I hope you will understand that we can be late at times.Yes, I admit that I was late for 8mins but I don't think it is reasonable for Specsavers to turn the customer away in this regards who made effort (time and money) to get to the store.I called the store and talked to the manager (Glenda) but all I received was repeated message from the reception. Sent my feedback via online feedback form and the form itself is terrible.

From booking my appointment to having my eyes tested and frames\lenses selected and measured, the whole experience was very professional and efficient. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable and no fuss.

Chose three pairs. Was given the wrong frame for one and the other two were the wrong lenses. Had to go and visit 5 separate times to have the issue resolved eventhough I initially accepted the wrong frame. Very disappointed
