Awesome staff and communication. Had an issue with a TV purchased and the team went above and beyond to rectify the situation and get me a new replacement pronto. Can't thank them enough for their effort in ensuring the problem was fixed with ease and a very happy customer. Well done electrical team Harvey Norman Cleveland.

We went out shopping for a dryer. Jay was helping my daughter and I choose the right one for a family of 5 adults and economical. So we brought an LG 8kg inverter heat pump dryer and premium power and filtration adapter to help with power surge. We are very happy with our purchase. We were also very happy with Jay as he explained the difference when it came to energy savings with the newer models and assisting with an adapter for our new fridge also. Thank you Jay of Harvey Normans Cleveland.

After Not receiving much service at my local Harvey Norman ,I called another one in the area since they had the product I wished to purchase.The Cleveland store went out of their way to help me.Not having the actual items themselves,customer service attendant,Calvin discussed this with his Manager who obtained them from another store.Sales person Ethan, courtesy called me with details, then called me again when they arrived.I felt like a valuable customer and was so happy with the initial assistance, that I actually purchased 2 laptops (1 for a family member) as well instead of just one.Great teamwork.Thank you so much for the great customer service,I will return in the future.

Went there to the photo section and stood there for at least 5 mins. Finally someone comes over to assist with my purchase, briefly explained the process while looking around everywhere else then left us. Had never used the photo section before and were scratching our heads while other staff walked past, it was obvious we didn't know what we were doing and no one would come over and ask if we were ok. Obviously not a big sale for them so they don't give a toss. We ended up walking out, I'll go to a photo shop instead. Very poor service.

Just a regular Harvey Norman’s but I like that they Service this small area so try to support it when I need to make a purchase. Has a decent range of white goods and computers. Have had to return an item on warranty before and they were great. I was in and out in 10 mins. Just as an exchange should be.

Good customer service in store, but we were told washing machine would likely be in store 2 days later. Store was to phone me to make delivery time. They didn't ring, I rang a Iweek later was told item was in store. He had no idea why I hadn't been contacted. Arranged delivery for following morning. Probably early he said. Well finally arrived early afternoon. What happened? We were planning on more purchases in the next few months. But won't be from Harvey Norman.

I returned an espresso machine which had broken after 3 weeks use to this store. I was told that a replacement would be available in 2 days time. That failed to happen but I was assured that I would receive a phone call once the item was located. I subsequently returned to the store 3 times and was assured after each visit that I would be called later that day to advise me what was happening. On one occasion I asked a gentleman at the service desk if he could assist me. His reply was that he was filling out his pay sheet and I would need to find someone else to help me. I never received a single follow up call. I then spoke to the assistant manager who promised to follow up that day. He never contacted me. I finally went to the store to ask for a refund and was told that there was now a machine available. There was never any apology for the failure to call me and I generally found the staff reluctant to serve anyone. Don't bother to shop at this store.

Took ages to talk to someone. New what I wanted, just couldn't see it on the shelf. Sales person that was not with a customer was dismissive when approached. There might be good reason for not being able to help, but an explanation and where to wait for assistance wouldnt have hurt. When I did talk to someone was given bad advice, and no offer to order. Went to JB next and even though the store was busy was able to buy what I needed without a hassle.

I rang up about a 24 inch TV which had a built in DVD Player for $229. I spoke to a salesman who said they were in stock.I walked in, asked for him and then walked out with the TV about 5 minutes later after he explained some features I was Interested in. Very good fast service.

I've only ever received great service at this store. Bought a big, expensive tv and then returned for a smart phone. Different departments but the same great service. have been back for various computer cables, accessories etc and am welcomed and given further discounts. Am going back this month for more homewares.
