Took the First Aid & CPR courses here because Google reviews were great, and it’s true! The learning materials were sufficient & the instructor, Joel made me feel relaxed & comfortable during the assessment even though my nerves had the best of me.

Great course, competitive price and the instructor was super friendly and knowledgeable. I liked being able to complete the theory at home before the practice component, it was a very efficient way to do the course. The location was also really good - free 2 hour parking nearby and easy to find. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve done First Aid/CPR first time in Simple instructions Pty Ltd I think I am very lucky the thinner is good and we are small group approach that was offered instead of having 20 people in a class. The online learning was easy to understand as it provides several videos plus written instructions and wouldn’t take long to complete. The practical assessments were straightforward and you’ll be done in no time with the certificates issued on the same day!There were 4 of us during the class and Anthony was a great instructor. Friendly, welcoming and explains everything thoroughly.Highly recommended specially if you’re doing a refresher or renewing your CPR.

A terrific company. The training provided was phenomenally efficient, with an excellent use of technology and an outstanding instructor (Anthony). The face to face component was 1hr, compared to my memory of 2 full days for equivalent certification from other organisations several years ago.Prior to this round of certification, I undertook training at their Dee Why location three years ago. And will continue to use them in future years.The pace of the training also left no compromise on the quality.Highly recommend.

A great place to do your first aid/cpr. Anthony was informative, thorough and relatable. Will definitely be coming back when it’s time to renew.

(Apologies, I meant to post a review earlier) I attended to renew my CPR September last year at Crows Nest Centre. I went to the training venue on time but something unexpected happened on the training provider's end (it wasn't their doing either)and I couldn't attend my CPR training on the day. Ian, the business owner as well as the instructor, rescheduled my CPR as early as possible - thankfully, I could renew my CPR before the expiry date.The online learning was very easy to understand and complete followed by several videos and written instructions.The practical assessments were only 20 minutes and straightforward. I've done my First Aid with them in 2021(Ian was the instructor then) and I was very happy with how the course was run, so I went back to renew my CPR last year). Highly recommended to anyone who needs to complete CPR/First Aid course. Very professional.

I got an injury but was able to reschedule my booking with ease since Ian responded to my emails quickly and was very helpful.Completed the online portion of the course which was fairly easy to get through.In person class was very informative and instructor was great! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend doing your First Aid and CPR with Simple Instruction. The pre-course online learning was very straight forward. Took about 2 hours to get through. The 1 hour practical assessment was delivered with intention and a bit of humour from Anthony the instructor. Will be coming back to renew my certificates.
