Purchased a beautiful necklace and pendant from this beautiful shop today and the length was a little bit short. Jules offered to make up another chain on the spot for me. Such a lovely person, beautiful jewellery and fabulous service.

I found the shop assistant (no name) to be quite rude. No smile, seemed as though she judged my pocket before I purchased anything. I was admiring a ring but it was the incorrect size- Her words were the ring you like is quite cheap enough" and proceeded to tell me I could have it resized and quoted me on this to which I accepted. The price then increased AFTER she took my credit card apparently due to the number of sizes it needed to increase by-which I have no problem with-but tell me at the time
