Was greeted by Bronwyn with a welcoming smile who was more than accommodating with finding that one ring to meet our needs and special day.Bronwyn should genuine interest and excitement for our up and coming wedding next month.Given the current delay with postal services and wait time and our wedding date for next month Bronwyn went out of her way to ensure that our purchase would be back well before the date.Michael Hill offers a professional care plan on purchase which covers your purchase for three years that includes repairs and services at no charge. Everything from ring sizing, cleaning, repairing, resetting the list is long but well worth the investment.Michael hill’s motto ’we're for love’ certainly proved true to its word from the customer service, love the name badge and the purchase.Thank you, Bronwyn, for making our experience a memorable one.

By far THE BEST Jewelry .. and Michael Hill store I have ever shopped at. The customer service in this store is absolutely incredible, just fantastic, the staff go out of their way to help you (and in my case they had nothing at all to gain financially).I dealt with both Karen and Matt (the store manager) twice now, I have three stores in a closer proximity but this is definitely my ‘go to’ store from now on, it is worth the travel for the exceptional customer service.

Terrible customer handling.I walked into the store to quickly look over the styles, seeing if anything in the cabinets catch my attention.I was hounded immediately by a tactless floor representative of Michael Hill who took mere moments to become disrespectful.If you appreciate professionalism over a direct sales mentality.I would encourage to look elsewhere.

I was gifted a Michael Hill watch, when the battery stopped I took it in to be replaced, they did this at no cost to me. A few months later the strap broke, I enquirerd about a new one, Mark said it would be about a week to get, I said fine, Mark phoned 2 days later to say it had arrived and was ready to pick up. The next day I picked it up, again it was no cost to me. Overall, great customer service from all the team.

I bought a necklace on click and collect Friday morning. When I hadn't received a collection notice I called the store on Saturday and was told they had just sold it to someone else. No apology. No one said sorry. Not even an offer to order it in.

I am soooo happy with the amazing service by Michael hill Northlakes! I travelled from Caloundra to seek another Michael hill after a bad experience with a local one. Caitlyn served me and instantly knew she had a warm and welcoming service. I was so happy with her service and kindness I purchased a necklace for my daughter and they also sorted out a full replacement of a bracelet. Thank you to the team including the manager who was very understanding and kind.

Bronwyn just completed our day and helped us have the best experience amongst all the jewellery shops! After my fiance had his ring consultation and purchase, I mentioned to Bronwyn that I am after my wedding ring too but unfortunately on the website it says the last stock of my ring is available nowhere else but Brisbane CBD. Bronwyn did everything to make it happen for me, she tracked down the item and contacted the Queen Street branch and asked them to reserve it for me and , she even let me fit a similar ring thats reserved for someone else in the North Lakes shop to make sure I wouldnt waste time travelling from NLakes to CBD on that same afternoon. On top of that the ring is massively discounted, what a day!!! So thank you heaps to Bronwyn, you've made everything perfect with our wedding ring purchase - Cant recommend you highly enough. And also to Michael Hill Queen St staff Gina who called me to confirm that the branch has it and put the ring away for me, thats very helpful of you. I am so happy. Thank you so much xxx

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I went to North lakes Michael Hill today with the intent of purchasing a string of pearls necklace and when I asked the sales assistant if they had pearl necklaces she proceeded to asked why I don't just go to a costume store. I am disgusted by this comment and by the attitude I recieved today, I hope Michael Hill can train their workers to respect the people they get money from in the future.

Rachel really looked after me today. I am so happy with the service I received. Rachel didnt know this, but I had a really horrible experience at the Morayfield store yesterday which head office is dealing with. Rachel not knowing this shows me her service was genuine and she has high standards.She really made me see the company in a different light than I did just 24 hours ago.Thank you so much for your kindness and great service Rachel - your efforts surely aren't going unnoticed.I also want to give a shout out to Jo and the lady with the short brown and blonde hair. You're both so welcoming and friendly everytime I have visited. North lakes isnt my closest store but I will continue to drive the extra kms to see you ladies.Thanks again ❤
