If you are thinking about double glazed uPVC windows, we do recommend Easy Windows!!! We have used their services twice, each time with an amazing result!We have bought 3 different options: sliding doors, tilt & turn windows and fixed windows, all frames in anthracite grey. These windows have made an enormous difference! They make the bedroom much more soundproof, look modern and function easily. The whole process of taking out our old timber windows and replacing them with double-glazed uPVC was extremely smooth, I highly recommend Easy Windows if you're considering switching to European-style windows or doors.

We looked into a few options for double and triple glazing for a problem window. Easy Windows were quick, helpful and full of invaluable advice to help us find the perfect solution. I can't recommend the team enough and their holistic approach to each project no matter how big or small. They kept us up to date with the process too which is an incredible feat during a global pandemic.If we need any more windows or we know of any of our friends or family needing some, I will be encouraging them to seek out Easy Windows. Disappointing!! DO MORE RESEARCH before you go with easy windows!I had double glazed windows installed in my Dee Why town house. The installation looks like a hack job.Not only did the panels fall off within one day of them being put up but I also had the installer cancel three - four times before the job was actually completed.The original panel installation had double sided sticky tape used to fix the pannels to the wall? I am no window installer but I do know that using double sided sticky tape to hold in pannels is not a thing.We paid a lot of money and although the window itself does reduce the noise, the end result could of, and SHOULD of been a lot less of a headache.

Great product, service and pricing. I renovated my entire home with Easy Windows products used for all doors and windows throughout. Their products are highest quality and we couldn't be happier.Installation was straightforward with the help of their installer (awesome work Marc!)Supply timing and ongoing service has been great. We recently had our windows manufactured by Easy windows.This is our third time dealing with Easy windows.As previously we are very happy, the windows came perfectly on time and were beautifully made to our precise requirements.We had multiple changes in the the design process, Easy windows were totally helpful and guided us to find the perfect solution.We live in the upper blue mountains and chose a combination of double and triple glazed UPVC on the south side. We replaced all our windows at our property and chose uPVC for their thermal efficiency. We were really pleased with the outcome and Easy Windows did an excellent job. Darko was great to deal with and was very patient when we had a late decision to make on the entry door. Of all the companies we contacted Easy Windows (Marc) were the only company to come out and measure our windows before we made a decision who to go with. This was even though I had provided my own measurements. Marc really impressed me and gave me a lot of confidence that Easy windows was a great company to go with and thankfully he was true to his word. Marc was one of the main reasons we went with Easy Windows. I was also very impressed by the team when we visited their offices at Brookvale. Finally, the work was completed to a high standard and the site left very clean. I would have no hesitation recommending Easy Windows.

Easy windows - well named! Everything went so smoothly from the initial consultation to the installation. The double glazed windows themselves are very high quality and the guys onsite did a marvellous job of positioning the windows further out than the originals to accomodate them opening with our existing plantation shutters. Such a pleasure to deal with a very professional and communicative company. We will definitely be using them again - highly recommended.

Easy Windows are simply the most accomodating suppliers I have used on my build. Wonderful to deal with. My double glazed Windows from Easy Windows look beautiful and we can’t believe how well they insulate our house. We only need one oil heater occasionally to keep us warm in Winter in a 95sqm room. We order one window as a trial, as we are thinking to change all our old timber windows in our house. My thoughts below:1) the measurement guy missed/didn’t realise that the opening of the window is in the wrong side of the wall, it can’t open fully without hitting my mirror cabinet; and I’m not an installer and neither had these type of windows before, so I didn't pick it up on my quote. The only reason we got a tilt/opening window, it was due to recommendation from the lady in the shop; she said it would be better in the bathroom. Honestly, I regret it, we should have stayed with the original idea of sliding.2) no one asked me how I would like the glass to be, I assumed it was clear, which it was my preference, however in bathrooms it looks like it’s privacy by default to their process, however they should have asked us, like they asked what color of frame you want.They did put it into their quote, but I didn’t read properly, unfortunately.3) communication could be better, there was a lot of emails and bit of lost in translation between people.When I emailed them to tell them about the issue with the privacy glass the day of the installation, instead of replying to me, they only replied to my husband without even cc’d me… there wasn't any empathy or acknowledgment to what just happened which would have been nice :(4) installer guy, was fantastic, and did a great job, however he is a contractor which doesn’t mean you will get the same service in the future5) actual product looks good and robust, and I’m hoping we will tell the different in winter, I’m just annoyed every time that I open the window fully as I’m worried I will crash something.Please!!! Make sure you do your own research first, triple check everything and visualise/measure properly how they windows will look yourself.Overall, their process need some caring as well as their attention to detail.
