Tyson from Mr Mechanic was an absolute champ. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and gave me an accurate quote on the spot. Car is running like a dream and for half the price that lubemobile quoted me. Will recommend.

Called to ask if they had previous experience with my issue, (Holden ve ss-v Ute) hooked battery up the wrong way of left the ignition on when connecting battery, ask if they could hook up to my computer to see what's wrong as no other mechanic had heard of my problem, but all they wanted to tell me is the price to try. Ask 3 times if they have done it before when it's like this and would only (without answering my question) tell me how much to try.. If u haven't tried this before, be honest..

I cannot stress enough NEVER EVER get this company who is actually autoking to do anything. You are upset by the service you ring the company and the man in the office is even worse. He is RUDE and as soon as you become upset he accuses you of yelling. You ask him his name he refuses to tell you. Their vans are getting around with bald tyres. The customer interaction is disgusting. I WILL be taking this further because the people in the office automatically have the so called mechanics back EVEN though they were not here to witness any of it. And expect to pay OVER top dollar prices and be treated with disrespect. I'm going straight to ombudsmen.No-one should pay that much money just to treated so bad

I had a conversation with Cathy on Wednesday and booked an appointment for today 1:30 PM for the mechanic to arrive. I also asked for a left side mirror for my bike and she said she will call back and give me an update if she could arrange it. I never received a call back from her. Today morning I called them up to ask them the status and some rude guy named Joe picked the call and said there is no booking as they didnt have my address. He also mentioned that he couldn't snap his fingers and arrange the parts for me in an unrealistic time period. To this I said 2 days is not unrealistic time period and he hung up on me. These people think other people have lots of free time and they are the only one's busy in this world full of jobless people.

Chad the Mechanic that came out was Professional and nice.As he was doing the job and I looked over he told me what he was doing and what needed repairing and told me how it possibly could have happened and reparcussions if not dealt with.I honestly knew basic level mechanics but they live and breathe it!I'm having Chad come back in a couple of weeks to replace my brake pads.Good Service

The mechanic that completed my services was absolutely awesome and the reason I'll continue to use these guys to do all my services. Only issue is the man that answered the phone to book my appointment in was rude and obnoxious.

Called in a panic as my car wouldn't start, lovely friendly service from the office staff who sent out a mechanic to help me. He was professional and efficient, getting me up and running again in no time. Thanks guys awesome customer service and a very patient, knowledgeable mechanic

Had a mobile roadworthy done. The mechanic was early but only after ringing to check if the earlier time suited. He was friendly, courteous and did the job no fuss . I would highly recommend these guys.
