The company has not any support for your customers.They don’t care about you after you have been paid for product.

My wife loves their products. I recommend the G3 drink for its health benefits.

Do not buy anything from this company - they scammed my friend who made one purchase and used her credit card to repeatedly take out money. Then they would not refund her the money they stole! Ridiculous. Stay away.

Reading the latest bad reviews made me to react. My ageLOC galvanic spa device stopped working after a few weeks. I was surprised by a quick call centre response and by the next day replacement for a new one in NuSkin experience centre. The issue was resolved in 24 hours and my wife was happy again :-) Great service. Now just hoping the issue will not repeat.

Great quality products and fair prices. The staff are attentive and helpful.To the google user who went out of their way to write a bad review shame on you. What kind of loser writes a 500 word review. You have lines on your face cause you have bad genetics sweetheart.Ageloc is awesome the future serum is the real deal.

Worst experience ever. I purchased Lumi Spa with 4 cleansing creams worth $520. Received a msg saying that they delivered to a safe place at my place on the heavy raining day (no photo provided) but there was no product when I got home. Reported to Nu Skin and spoke to the delivery company on the same day as it was one of the worst rainy days so I didn't want the item to be wet. After 2weeks, I did not hear anything from them so I rang both Nu skin and star track and the StarTrack confirmed that they delivered to the wrong address. I asked them to send the product back to the sender as I requested for a refund. I rang Nu skin customer service a number of times since then, they still have NOT replied to my inquiries ( Order no.258222171.There were no follow-up calls until now. I am very disappointed with the whole system. I did not expect the delivery of service so poor, especially when purchasing expensive products, I expected at least standard quality of service delivery. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Very disappointedUpdate your phone number on your website so next time I wouldn’t waste my time driving to your store in Macquarie Park to learn I’m not able to purchase anything without a paid membership account- if the right phone number was on your webpage I would have bought your product online instead of travelling out that way, with your team member unable to assist without a manager by his side!

Disgusted!!! Contacted NU Skin to repair my wifes face massager Lumi Spa as a retail repair as a unit is out of warranty as well as my wife has purchased it second hand from her friend. Some order and account numbers was requested which we obviously do not have and neither we really need it as this repair is going to be paid for any way. Does that mean that if I purchased a TOYOTA as a second hand vehicle as a private sale I can not service and repairir it at TOYOTA dealerrship centre? What an absurd!!!!Very disappointed with an extremely low level of service and assistance by Nu Skin.If referring to Nu Skin can be avoided, please do so for your own good.
