Stopped for fuel. Filled up. Was using a qr code reader to enter a Puma competition that was posted at the pump. Station attendant hopes on the microphone and tells me to stop using phone at the pump as loudly as possible. It was your competition. Don't post it on the pump and then yell at people. Zero customer service skills.

Quick pumps, nice staff and handy shop. A clean toilet. Thank you!

Went to pay for my petrol and there was a mouse running around I told the guy working and he said oh it's actually a big rat running around and he already knows " made out out to me it has been there for a while ran from the middle of the shop where the food is to the drink fridge"

There is allways 3 ore 4 if not more pumps not working

Only one access from busy one-way dual lane road way. Small size servo and only has 2 pumps plus one gas pump. Small apron but usually one of the cheapest.

Best petrol price in town. A little hard to exit into traffic at times. Best to go there in the middle of the day or early morning before 7.00am.

Visited this morning and waited behind an old bloke with a trailer for over 20 mins. That was fine, I wasn’t upset with waiting. The old bloke drove off and instead of staying near the pump I was closest to, I moved up to the middle pump so the car behind me could get fuel too. The front pump was broken so I couldn’t use this one. I drive up, hop out and then realise that the middle bowser has no Octane 98 fuel pump. I look behind me and the woman behind see’s that I am not able to use the pump I’d moved to but tells me I should go around the block and line up again….well after waiting over 20mins this made me feel really unhappy. I got a bit upset, mainly because I had tried to be a good neighbour and move up only to rip myself off and no one gave a rats except to tell me to line up again. After a bit of consideration, I worked out I could reverse back in the left lane and rejoin the queue on the right. The people behind the woman I’d made space for, let me go in front of them which was really nice and I wish I’d paid $10 towards their fuel. I might have thought about it if I hadn’t been blind sided and abused by the clerk working behind the counter. He told me that his name was Andrew and if I was unhappy to call his boss and make a complaint. He said that the business didn’t need customers like me. So his abuse started when I walked in to pay for the fuel that I waited 30 minutes for, he asked me how I was???? I said without any rudeness or annoyance, “Well it was a bit of an effort, but I got there in the end.” He then went on a rant to tell me that the woman in front of me (the one I’d moved out of the way for), was upset with how I spoke with her. When I went in to defend myself, he told me I was rude and that my behaviour was not wanted in the petrol station. I thought to myself, “wow who is being abusive here.” I then said, “well if the front bowser was working none of this would have ever happened.” I really hit a nerve with this comment because Andrew got very angry and started stomping around behind the counter yelling, “you don’t know what I’ve been through with that pump!!!”. No, I obviously don’t know what you had been through and you have no idea about the conversation I had with the woman you felt the need to defend and be abusive toward me. I am a small business owner who works in retail. I understand how customers can be rude, abusive and a concern. One thing I will not tolerate in my business is one of my staff acting the way you did Andrew. I think you need to have long hard look at yourself and maybe get your facts straight. Your boss has lost a customer for good now. I am local, I give a lot to this community and I feel I was treated very unjustly by you. The fact that you asked me if I wanted your bosses phone number without me even mentioning that I was unhappy with you, tells me you must do this a bit. Derish (think that is your name), maybe some customer service training or a warning is in order for your delightful staff member Andrew….
