This was the most painless car repair service I have ever experienced. The staff was unfailingly polite and helpful, organising Ubers so that I was able to get to and from the repair centre; the work done was superlative, and they even cleaned the interior of my vehicle! I am so very grateful - ASR went above and beyond the contemporary standard for car repairs.

Very busy with insurance claims (causing long wait times), so I'm glad they could squeeze my car repair in within a few weeks of the accident. Did a great job fixing the door.

I recently had ASR repair my car for a second time. The first time I had some frustrations with communications, but they were quickly resolved when I spoke to the Manager.Friendly service and high quality repairs again. They followed up with me afterwards to check that everything was OK. I noticed 2 small issues a few weeks later. ASR told me to come in any time and they would attend to them on the spot, which they did - I was only there for 10 minutes.

My car came back looking like new. Sparkling paint match perfect, panel gaps perfect, new factory stickers perfect. Super happy with their work.

Absolutely appalling service. Ute was in there for 6 months for minor repairs and i was lied to the whole time. They really think there customers are stupid. Have herd alot of negative reports from this bussiness lately. Wouldnt even let them touch my push bike.

Very happy with the service and quality of repairs provided by ASR. Kept me updated every step of the way. Work finished earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend this company with no hesitation.

Would definitely NEVER go to ASR again, or recommend them to anyone. After two attempts to re spay a rear bumper bar on my car, apparently the second attempt is quote an “acceptable standard”. The first attempt after “quality control” inspections passed, (which was a different colour to the rest of the car- see first photos) I was told by the work shop manager that if you get down on your knees and look at the colour it is ok! WHAT! They did agree to re spay and fix the problem. After the second attempt (see second lot of photos) after returning the car again I was informed that the quality of the work was to an “acceptable standard”! I’ll the the photos speak for themselves. They refused to do anything. Collision specialists I think NOT! Absolutely disgusting,!In response to the reply from Angela, it’s amazing that you can’t zoom in on the car like a digital photo when looking at the car, that statement is on par with “if you get down on your knees to look at it, it looks ok” what a joke! It’s also equally amazing that the front bumper bar which is also plastic does not look like the rear bar. It looks the same as the rest of the car. I’ll attach a photo of the front bar so that you can zoom in on it!

Had a great experience with the whole team, they were super efficient and helped me through the stressful process of insurance claims from a car accident. Lovely guy named Daniel (I hope that’s his name) was also super helpful and did an amazing job, car looks brand new from where it was hit. Very thankful.

Smash repair claiming through our car insurance was promised a new bumper bar in a hand written quote however when picking up the car noticed bumper bar wasn't replaced with a new part. We were told by ASR Collisions North Cairns that the claim lodged to the Insurance Company was for repairs.I asked to see a copy of the hand written quote was told that wasn't possible .

Unfriendly and unprofessional. Only for their profits. I don't want to come back to them again. insurance company sent my car for repair but I had no choice but I found this company very unprofessional and can not trust them what they said every time. They were just protecting their profits and just looking to make themselves happy not customers.
