Point Clare Ambulance Station

My experience was similar to Kelvin's (see below review). I had a heart issue on Boxing day and would like to thank Christopher & Steph who were professional and kind and took me to Gosford Hospital. I was in ER for a while and on their next visit they stopped by to see how I was doing. Thank you both.

I suffered a heart problem at 4.30 pm on 28 Nov in my Villa in the Living Choice Retirement Village 8 Carrak Road Kincumber. I contacted Emergency and was given telephone advice on what to do before the ambulance arrived half an hour later.I wish to commend the lady who telephoned me and the 2 paramedics , Annie? and Rebecca on the excellent service they provided. They were courteous, understanding and very professional in the tests they carried out before transporting me to Gosford Hospital.I would be grateful if my appreciation and thanks could be conveyed to them.Sincerely,Kelvin GulliverCommodore AM RAN (Rtd)

I called an Ambulance as I had severe back pain & could not mobilise. A paramedic showed up by the name of Michael. This gentleman was very patient with me & guided me through tasks to get myself walking again.Michael’s manner was so professional & caring, I cannot say enough about him. Michael talked me through different trouble shooting tasks that made me feel safe ,more importantly, that I could control my movements again.I did feel bad for using the time of the NSW Ambulance Service as I’m sure there are more needing people but when I could not walk as the pain was so severe, I had no alternative.Thankyou Michael for all you did for me, your an absolute legend mate, just like Top Gun, “ The Best of the Best”.LEGEND!!!!!
