Overnight stay the staff really helped as we checked in later & they kept the kitchen open to let us have an option. The bed was hard to sleep on & the shower area cramped but the AC was great & also the TV was large & working. Not the worst I've stayed in & very central so great option.

There are a number of reasons this review is poor. Firstly the room. Although a good size with good TV and fairly decent bed, the carpet is filthy. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Under the bed is another story.Food. Breakfast. No eggs. No bacon. All there was was toast and toasties. No fruit or fresh juice. Only juice boxes.This is my second stay here and hopefully my last. The only reason I stay is because work puts me here. I don’t know how much the rooms cost the company, but it’s too much.

Staff here are absolutely lovely go out of there way for you. Walking distance to shopping centre and cafes. Bed was super comfortable and pillows were nice and comfortable too better than other places we have stayed in karratha .

Clean room and staff were attentive. Dined in and the kitchen staff were super accommodating. The salmon was delicious.

Very peaceful environment, good food, Nice place altogether.

Very very basic. Nice pool. Staff are amazing unfortunately if there are more than a few people the staff get overwhelmed. The bar/restaurant area can't really cope. No fault of theirs as I said fantastic, friendly staff.Luckily there are many options in close proximity for food and beverages.
