Awesome service. Crystal did an amazing job with my little one today.Went with my almost three year old who is so scared to get his hair cut. We've had to walk out of salons without cutting his hair, twice in the last four weeks. But today we some how managed to get it done. He cried throughout the cut but all the staff (and even customers) were so accommodating, and Crystal was so patient with him.He was very happy with his hair cut afterwards...Great service, great staff...

Not gender neutral friendly. If you identify as male but unfortunately not born that way then don't bother trying to get a male buzz cut from this place. My child is devastated in their rejection of him

I had an experience of barber shops not remembering that I am a pension card holder. I thought that was bad customer relations so I went looking for a place where they do remember you. That place is the Blue Bay Barber Shop. Quiet efficient cutting of hair and do they do a good job. There is no fuss when you show your pension card and the look and feel of the place and its hairdressers is more friendly than what I was used to.

This has been my regular for some years. I like being able to just walk in with no appointments and the friendly staff. While my haircuts aren't particularly complicated, I've never had any complaint.
