Excellent centre to learn martial arts - Karate. Would surely recommend

Both my kids have attended for a few years and they have both gained so much confidence. It is great for their fitness and balance.

I’m a current student at Berwick Karate and I can say that this has been an amazing experience so far. I have enhanced my fitness, learnt some self-defence skills, and made some good friends along the way. Sensei Nerida is always fair and approachable, and I couldn’t ask for a better sensei. This is a great Family based Dojo than has been purpose built and running for over 10 years now. The level of instruction and attention to detail is excellent. Great for young children through to adult, my son has loved his time training with Sensei Nerida. Great for beginning your journey to Black Belt.

Best Sensei and team. Lots of teachings and experience to offer. Highly recommended.

Dodgy Dojo!Attended this dojo for a year, completely backwards place, old facility and practices. Very unapproachable staff and teacher. Rude and unhelpful. Didn’t make us feel welcome, felt uncomfortable even asking a simple question. My son was honestly afraid and scared to approach the teacher to tell her of any concerns and incidents that had occurred. Kids need guidance and encouragement not comments like “that’s not good enough” “ why don’t u know these moves” “ well u clearly can’t grade up” Really!! Who teachers like that!When a situation happened just recently they were so quick to snap and judge, they looked into video evidence, explained what happened but all we felt was it was our fault.. No sorry or apology. Won’t be going back that’s for sure. Would give it 0 ⭐️ if I could!

As a current student at Berwick Karate, it's a great environment for learning self defence and everyone helps eachother. Sensei is very professional and creates a friendly atmosphere!

My son started on zoom during lock down. Sensei was great to deal with and has helped him grow his skills I karate and life since.Thank you

Great club. My Daughter has been training here for five years. Her training at this dojo has really helped her confidence and she’s now regularly competing and loves training here.
