Pie pastry is so thin you cant pick them up to eat them without the pie falling apart in your hands and a potato pie was so old and dried out that the potato top was rock hard and impossible to eat so had to be thrown away. On the upside the pie fillings are nice enough.

This place is great. The staff are friendly and always happy to have a chat. It is clean and the staff are always cleaning the service area. The food is excellent, always fresh and tasty. Recommend it to everybody..

Ray's Patisserie is a hidden gem. Fresh bakery food and amazing staff. Will definitely be coming back!

I absolutely loved this bakery… until today. The customer in front of me ordered a pie & asked for peas with it. I wasn’t really paying attention but the customer rushed over to the side of the counter where the server was adding peas to the pie and said something to the man serving him. The server said “I’ll get you a new one” & the customer said “No thanks, don’t worry about it”. He walked off & as he passed me he said “He just stick his fingers in my pie!”. I put it down to an accident & was still happy to order. As I moved forward to order, the woman (staff) came across & snatched the pie & proceeded to put it back in the pie warmer for sale. Sorry but that’s disgusting & done right in front of me. Makes me wonder what kind of hygiene practices there are there now. Shame as I did really like it

I love a good Vietnamese roll, and these are among the best I've had in Queensland.Efficient service with a smile.I now go out of my way to get their rolls.

$6.20 for a pie with hair in it. Went to give it back and the lady serving pulled the hair out and said “where’s the hair? Take a photo.” What a joke!

Always great customer service and delicious pies and banh mi. High recommend for anyone in the area- can’t fault them!
