Standard subway though sometimes choices may not be as extensive as larger operations. Click and collect works really well - they usually have it ready within a few minutes. Don't go with a few minutes of closing time and you may not be able to get your order in.

Service not great. You feel like they can’t wait for you to get your order and get out. Staff wasn’t friendly either. Food is good for a subway.

I got my uberEat order, friendly driver, but poor repackaging from the staff, ask for extra sauce, perhaps they forgotten or maybe a tight business from their Franchises. Bread gone soft, ingredient was cold while it delivered to my place. Suggested to look for somewhere to order proper food, with proper packaging, with a proper dine in price.

As someone who eats there at least twice week and has literally been served by all of their staff; I have to say, they have the sweetest and the most professional employees. For people who give a bad review for silly things like counting wrong change; we are all human and sometimes wonder if these people have never made any mistakes at their work.When I go to subway, I see local people working extremely hard to make their business work and I will always appreciate that.

On a busy day where you buy one and get one for free, I went about 8pm to see a decent queue outside. I noticed that the staff were tired after an obviously busy day. Yet they were patient and extremely polite. Great service and well done to all staff in the store!!

I ordered a 12” garlic bread toastie and asked if I was able to put the teriyaki chicken on (This was my first time at Subway). I didn’t receive an answer, but rather a cold stare and a slow head shake. There was no communication, just shaking her head.I wasn’t told why I couldn’t, but I went with it. I had 3 people take my order at the same time, asking me in turns, and I asked a different woman if I could put sweet chili sauce on the toastie. She had to ask her boss.I found out later from a friend and ex-subway employee that they don’t put a lot of sauce on as the bread is thin and they don’t want complaints about soggy bread.This was never communicated to me by the employees. I got the food and it was delicious. However the experience leading up to it was just painful, frustrating and it felt pretty rude.

We had a really big order that we placed online. We came to the store and the order had not yet been received. We were in a bit of a hurry and hoped the sandwiches could still be made. Once everything was confirmed, the awesome employee who was a young lady, went into high gear and made our order. She was amazing and so kind. Thanks for getting the order done quickly.

As Subway app threw an error message, I ordered over the phone. After 25 mins I arrived and found out that the order was not ready. I was explained that as some people order but do not pick up it is there process that orders are prepared only when the customer arrives. :-(
