Excellent service and delicious food. The hot chocolate is the best in Canberra. The man that serves is always very happy and cheerful and has great customer service skills.

Great little place to stop in for a quick coffee before getting the kids from school. Almond flat white was spot on!!! Some people can't get it right but these lot nailed it!!!!

I’ve been coming here for several years and up until 1.5 years ago the coffee was spot on every single time - creamy, smooth taste, perfect temperature - now it’s very hit and miss, with the coffee usually tasting very bitter and way too hot to the point carrying the takeaway cup to the car burns my hands and I have to wait for the coffee to cool down enough so it doesn’t burn my tongue. This used to be my favourite local and recommended coffee shop but getting a coffee from here now no longer feels like a treat and most of the time now it seems like I’m wasting my money and should have just made a coffee at home. Staffing has changed a lot and that has made a difference to the way the coffee tastes. Now before I order a coffee I check who the baristas are that are working that day.

The coffees are generally good, but I wouldn't recommend the food or service in the morning.My partner ordered a bacon and egg bagel with bbq sauce, what we got was a massive roll that fell apart, tomato sauce, a single egg with 5 rashers of bacon. I don't know what they hell you call that, but its not at all what was ordered.As for service, standing in line for awhile waiting to be served which is normal, no issues with that, it's a morning. But to allow someone to push in to the counter when there was a line of three just because they knew them. unprofessional. Have a conversation on the side while you wait your turn especially when there's a decent sized line and a wait. Seriously, what is that?

Coffee was reasonable and the snacks were nice. We opted for a breakfast wrap which was decent, although the bacon had a lot of fat on it which wasn't too good. We were served promptly and the staff were friendly however.

This has to be the most povo iced coffee I have ever received. I paid $6 when the menu said $5 for a medium coffee and 50 cents for extra caramel sauce (it should have been $5.50). I got given a paper sippy coffee cup with a scoop of icecream at the bottom and coffee just poured over the top of it. It was luke warm and had no ice and the coffee had a burnt taste. Literally the biggest waste of money and I never complain but Oml wth wasn’t even blended 80% of it was unblended cream and ice cream

Hands down the best coffee guru! They know how to meet there customers needs, they do what they can to keep everyone happy! They go out of their way to come up with new ideas each and everyday! Just love these guys!!

So I just come back from my month long overseas trip. Almost everyday I bought coffee from the local coffee shop BO coffee or Starbucks and honestly they can’t make good coffee there. Just the standard caramel latte with soy milk. Coffee Guru Wanniasa shop is my first coffee when I got back from overseas. And my usual coffee is second to none. It’s the best coffee I had in a month.As always Aussie staff are all professional and high standard customer service. Keep it ups guys
