EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! What started off looking promising ended in disappointment very quickly. We came across their business on Facebook. Being a small business we decided to support them and sent a message. Super quick response from them to enquire about what it was we were wanting to have done. They even came out the next day which was a Sunday to start the work. We were told that they would be back in a couple of days to finish the job. I paid half of the due amount for the work that was completed. I sent a text message the night before to confirm the job was being completed the next day. We were told that Kodi was unable to come as he needed another worker to help him as Harley was unwell. I asked for the job to be rescheduled. Over the course of seven days I sent three messages to which none of them got a reply. Finally, on the seventh day I received a reply to say sorry for the NO response and that a personal family thing has happened. Was it ok if Kodi came out on the 17/11.Long story short we had arranged for Kodi to come back on the 21/11 at 8am. Guess what a NO SHOW. I sent a message and guess what? NO REPLY.I am amazed how a business can operate this way with no communication.Word of mouth is a fantastic way to recommend a business, in this case we will certainly not be recommending this business AT ALL!

Poor communication.

Terrible service and didn’t complete the job, left the yard a mess
