Tristan was very friendly and helpful and when out of his way to help us. He installed the racks for me in no time, and gave me some tips on how to use them safely and efficiently. Great service. I came in after losing a bolt off a pro ride 598. They went through their spares until they found one and well, it didn't cost very much. I've bought other products from them before and they are always excellent to deal with.
