Ozmosis Watergardens

I bought a pair of thongs from this shop on the 23rd of December 2019. I then went away on holidays on the 24th till the 6th of January 2020. I returned my thongs on the 7th of January 2020 with the original receipt.Because my things looked worn from my suitcase they would not exchange them for a size that fit my foot.Mind you i did not ask or want a refund.My advice is if you would like to feel like you are being ripped off shop at this shop. If you want good service go elsewhere.I will never shop at this shop again.

As an older lady I went into the water gardens shop today and was helped by a young man, what a wonderful experience, this guy was so helpful and friendly, something you are not seeing in retail these days, good on you, didn't get his name, but had fair hair, kind regards Karen

Customer service non existent. I had to walk straight to counter to ask for help. I think the girl was too busy chatting up the other employee guy. Anyway I felt ignored and I went to the change room which was dirty and really poorly lit by the way. When I came out and walked past them again she asked how I went and I told her the reasons why I couldn’t buy that item and she basically just giggled at me and continued to talk together with the long hair greasy looking dude at the middle of the store. Don’t bother with stuff here unless you desperately need something particular. Very overpriced and the quality of the clothes especially is laughable for the price you pay.

They were very helpful they didn't try and rich off

This store doesn't even deserve a one star, we called and asked if they had a priduct in stock, they said yes i gave them product code for the item we wanted and they popped it aside, rocked up today Christmas Eve to collect it and they gave us the wrong item, can't believe it and the girl working was so so rude, i know its Christmas but seriously a bit of customer service and being polite doesn't hurt

Be careful of the store manager she asks to check your bag which is fare enough because of shop lifters but they don’t have the right to touch your personal belongings.

The staff in the store are friendly and so helpful.The Manager is lovely and I will definitely be buying all my xmas gifts this year from this store.
