BWS Blakes Crossing

Good service when I shop in this store on Weekends but there are times I have witnessed blatant aggressive theft by other Customers " .Very unsafe for people in shop.Thankfully I only work and not live in the area."

Came into purchase a bottle of oyzo after work, the man serving me opened up the cabinet and proceeded to the checkout but once at the checkout he asked another lady and myself who is first. She kindly obliged at me being served first. But seriously isn't it obvious, he was serving me before anyone got to the checkout.It made me feel a little uncomfortable i mean I'm bald headed, goaty dark sunny's on just finished work and thirsty if this was an image thing im disappointed. I gave a two star review as the oyzo was apparently wrongly marked for $41 and not at $54So the best thing that came out of here was a $41 bottle of oyzo

Twice in the last month BWS at Blake's crossing has been closed 15 minutes earlier than advertised. Supposed to be open until 7 on Saturdays, not 6.45pm. I'm sure the staff member rostered on still gets paid until closing so it should be open until then no matter how slow business is...

Buyer beware!!!These guys stock zero alcohol wines with the normal wines. It tasted so bad I would rather lick a septic tank. Imagine someone mixed wine with a cheap ripoff of fruit tingles.Should have gone to Dan Murphy’s. Sure as hell the last time I go here.

Have always been satisfied with stock availability and customer service but when attending Blakeview store on the 12th Aug 2021 was a little disappointed that the staff member on duty was actively conversing with a customer that clearly had his mask covering his chin only for the whole time he was in the store. Masks are currently compulsory indoors, especially shopping centres. Does not provide any comfort that they allow people in the store inadequately protected. I understand some people have exemptions, but chin masking does not portray this as having an exemption. I'm surprised staff have not been educated to ensure customers are correctly masked for the safety of others.

Good customer service, friendly staff.Tastings are available, just ask to try.There is a good range of Red and White wines with chilled ready to go.Wheelchair ♿ access and parking is available.

Had placed an on-line order which was ready very quickly, staff friendly and helpful, store was clean and tidy, no problems.

Always love going to this store can always find what I need and lovely staff

I went to the Bws Blake’s Crossing at approximately 7pmThe store was shut I was standing out the front of store for 15 to 20 minutesI went for a walk the lady was sitting out side smoking cigarettes and having drinkAfter walking around waiting to buy my wine for like 20mins the lady was rude and very un helpful and stunk of cigarette smoke how is this acceptable?Why was the shop closed for long ?This is a disgrace and I will never shop here again ?Sack the work and find better staffThat want to work .
