I have dealt with Christine Crowe our property manager at WA property for a few years now and have never worked with a property manager so willing to make sure both our needs and that of the tenant are looked after so well.She is very prompt, professional and willing to do what it takes to ensure a happy property management experience.A great person to work with.

We engaged WA Property Services to manage our property in Maylands for over ten years. Through that time they provided excellent service. More recently Tori Jones was our Property Manager. Prior to our selling of the property, Tori went well above and beyond to assist with managing both the tenants and our needs. I'd recommend WA Property and Tori Jones for anyone looking for a reputable, trustworthy and accommodating team.

WA Property has been managing our rental property for last 4-5 years. We would particularly like to thank Christine for very professional services. She has been excellent in looking after our property & interests. Thank you for quality services.

Dishonest and incompetent.I was told no less than 5 times by Christina Crowe “I am sorry I never got your email, it must have been a problem with our server”. It got so bad I called the owner who told me she would call me back as she was driving and had me on speakerphone. She never did.I had to call and organize with an air conditioning repair company because they never heard back from WA property.Waited for six months for the kitchen sink to be fixed as it was separating from the bench.Waited 3 months to hear back regarding the bond after I left.Also never showed up for an inspection. Not once! No call, no attempt to reschedule, nothing. I wonder what they told the owner.The worst real state agent I have ever worked with and I have lived on 4 continents.Owners and renters do yourself a favor and stay away.

I have tried to call couple of times and let voice messages to return the phone call regarding the rental property. No one return my phone call at all.Went to the office during the opening hours but no one there.

Avoid this agency. Very little care for owners property. They do not answer the phone. Have to remind them to do things in emails. Total disregard for professionalism. As a landlord I do not recommend this company.

Avoid this Agency! An apartment that was rented was full of mould and deemed uninhabitable. Instead of Christine doing the right thing by the owners and the tenants she allowed the tenants to take them to court to be released from the lease as they could not live in the property. Costing the owners and the tenants money. Could have easily been sorted by communication which this agency finds difficult.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Wa property lacks care for tenants, basic communication skills, manners and most of all enthusiasm. I regret not reading the reviews before renting through them, honestly shocked they are allowed to continue to operate..EDIT: A poor attempt below with them trying to make themselves seem like the good guys. Getting my rent and bond back was NOT EASY! And they only responded after hours after we had to call the owner direct. The mould was also not actioned asap it was looked at by the contractor then left for days with no response despite the mould being in the bedroom we sleep in. As I said AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We were tenants for 18 months and found the process pretty efficient given the difficulties with COVID. Courteous and respectful, inspections by video during the lockdowns. We dealt with Rhianna over the latter part of the lease and she was excellent. We had to break the lease to move to QLD for work and the process was very smooth with no delays. Timely completion of final inspection and approval of bond release. The property was re-let very quickly and the cost to us was minimal (and very fair). Thanks guys!

I have been a customer of WA Property since 2014. The service has always been great but the staff there at the moment are fantastic. They are quick to reply to any enquires I have, make sure my property is being taking care of properly and their fees are reasonable. Would definitely recommend them as a property manager.
