Good location. Very comfortable King bed. Kitchenette with everything you need for an overnight or couple days stay.Roomy bathroom with laundry/ washing machine and dryer facilities. Friendly staff. Secure parking available.

Rooms great but it’s Torture. Literally Every 5 mins it’s like someone is tap dancing above. Clang, clang bang, bang over and over (buildings plumbing sits above my room) …. I’m exhausted driven 11 hours on 5 hour sleep. Right now I’d Rather bed bugs and sleep.

Great place to stay. Nice rooms that have all the utilities needed (oven, washing machine dryers, etc) and the daily servicing is amazing. Would highly recommend.

We found these premises impressive , very clean and centrally located . The staff were efficient and very helpful. We left an item in the room , we were notified and it was returned to us promptly.. Thank you .

Gabriella, one of the staff members, was so sweet upon our arrival. Clean room with a stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Gym too. Great views

I work for a quest in Brisbane, and I have to say that I was let down in many ways. The room had not been inspected prior to our arrival as there was rubbish still in the room, hair in the bathroom and mismatched crockery, glassware and cutlery. I will say that there was no dust, but broken lamps, and clocks that don't work, lack of hangers plus the rest, really let me down. Front desk staff didn't seem very happy, only one was friendly, and no one cared to ask how our stay was. I am well aware that hospitality is a difficult industry atm, but would hope to see an improvement next time I want to stay.

For the Price I'm quite disappointed.Housekeeping needs to up their game, previous guest's personalised welcome card left on the Kitchenette, Fridge had an opened carton of milk left on the shelf, bin not Emptied.Cherry on the topping was the dirty towel left on the rack, frankly I wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't for the oblivously sized stain on the other side (Makeup hopefully).Garage space is extremely tight and limited in all dimensions, good skill tester.On a positive note, bed was comfy, AC works without squeaksWindows are sound dampened thus eliminate the noise of the clapped out falcons that seem to race the roads at night.Not the worst experience I've had but I'll be staying elsewhere in the future.

Unfortunately, my partner and I experienced horrible customer service not just on one occasion; but TWO. Which quite frankly, this was two too many. Upon arrival when we requested for an “early” check in well in advance prior to our stay on Friday 27th, we were greeted by a female receptionist (whom we did not manage to record her name) who rudely remarked “you’re lucky that we could check you in early or even see your request.” Now how is it luck, when on the booking platform it asked us to select and confirm the time of our arrival? I digress.When my partner and I arrived at 1:29pm for our scheduled 2pm check in time. We found that snide comment to be quite unnecessary considering when we said we would’ve been happy to wait a short 30 mins; had the room not been ready for us to check into.She then asked for my surname which I politely spelled out as it’s commonly misspelled and difficult to guess. In which this said staff member sarcastically remarked “How do you spell it again?” Yet didn’t even type down the phonetic spelling when I spelled it to her once more.Again, we had just come in to simply check into our hotel in which we had already paid for and had driven quite sometime to get to. Thus the condescending comments and rude remarks were simply unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. Especially considering we were guests to your hotel and both Mitch and I were nothing but friendly and polite from the outset.The second appalling display of customer service then occurred on our last day of our stay on Sunday 29th February at approximately 8:57am. My partner and I had just returned to the hotel after getting coffees and Mitch approached a different female receptionist who appeared to be middle aged with brunette hair. Mitch politely asked the receptionist “Good morning, could we please borrow the same cooking oil that we used yesterday?” In which this staff member scoffed and sarcastically remarked: “Well, I wasn’t the one you spoke to yesterday so I clearly have no idea what you’re talking about!” We were taken aback by her incredibly rude response when we asked a simple question to which we did not get a simple answer nor was it a friendly one.Considering that this business is largely centred around customer service and engagement with your valued guests, I find it baffling that we had such horrid experiences and interactions with 2/3 receptionists that “handled our stay.” None of our requests were anything out of the ordinary. None of our initial questions were approached with, manners or even a kind response; which we both see as the BARE minimum as frequently travelling guests. Safe to say, we will not be returning to Quest Rockhampton again.If the Quest manager of the business would like to get in further contact with me to discuss any further details, I would be more than happy to accept their call on my personal number.
