I went to get some keys cut & a necklace engraved for my son. The man who served us was friendly, efficient & professional. The quality of the work is high & my son loved the engraving work. I have been here a few times for various things and the service is always great. Thank you!

Great service, friendly staff. I come here for all my shoe repairs and engravings and recommend them to everyone I know. Every engraving I've had done there is absolutely stunning. I've had several pairs of shoes done too and they all look great and are still going strong!

Had a great experience today, the gentleman with the beard agreed to do a minor repair and battery change on a watch of mine. I paid and picked up the watch 30 mins later, and only when I got home did I realise that the repairs went above and beyond what I had originally anticipated.Thank you very much, it was greatly appreciated!

Avoid like the plague, spend the money at a real jeweller.Had a watch battery replaced in April at the kiosk near Priceline and the watch stopped working shortly after. I returned to the store with the watch and warranty card and asked the staff to check if it was the battery or something else wrong with the watch. After opening the watch, they discovered that the battery was different to the warranty card and accused me of providing a false warranty card rather than the obvious answer - it wasn't changed in the first place.The staff struggled to change the battery while I waited, so I offered to come back another time.Upon returning the staff couldn't located my watch because I didn't have a ticket" and then

I wish i could give negative star. I went in the shop near to priceline to get the copy of key he could say it in a better way but the person was so rude in talking when i asked why you cant copy as my friends from same building did and it worked perfectly fine. He was screaming so rudely saying my technology my thing i know better. Please you dont need to scream and show some good customer service and disagree in a polite way not by screaming with anyone.....

I was recommended by the jewellery store I bought this bracelet from to get it engraved at master minit woden, the worker told me it would take an hour to write one name, took over an hour and the name was wonky, letter were spaced out randomly, the name was sloping downwards and also got progressively smaller to the last letter. When I complained about this they said there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend getting anything engraved here.

I took in a broken watch and had such a positive experience. The very kind person serving me looked at the watch within 20 minutes so I wouldn’t have to wait around. He took it apart and it’s now working perfectly. He even didn’t charge me because he said he didn’t do anything (magic touch). Thanks for such a nice experience. Will definitely be back again.

Tony was fabulous today, he helped me fit my new watch band AND adjust it without even a blink of an eyelid! Great attitude to work, fabulous people skills.Would highly recommend Tony.
