AMA Medical Products | Online Only - No Retail Store

Like everyone else, I ordered a box of masks on 17/01 and expected delays" as per their email. It's been two months

My order arrived on Friday after 6 weeks. Not impressed. A simple phone call to assure your customers would go a long way. As I can see on reviews, AMA had good reviews previously. WA locals will support local businesses. All we need is a bit of reassurance from the management.

02.02.22 Cancelled my order online as they said to do in an email and would receive refund within 2 weeks - not even a response, let alone refund! They have taken orders with no stock and then failed miserably to at least communicate without telling stories of why. Don't waste your time.19.1.22 I get a generic email blaming the impact of the global pandemic of moving orders inwards and outwards. Local Perth company with currently no covid impact to moving goods LOCALLY IF YOU HAVE ACTUAL STOCK! Product now removed from website which indicates they were advertising and selling with no stock locally, hence the delays. Shouldn't advertise goods you don't have in stock.Thought I'd support local. Very disappointed with the lack of communication. Placed an order 11 days ago, no updates, doesn't even say it's being processed. How are orders 1 week ago mailed within a day when some aren't within almost 2 weeks. If you have no stock, tell people. Emailed several times, no response, tried calling, no answer. Poor customer service to not at least answer emails or phones.

Ordered a product on January 8. No response to multiple emails enquiring as to the status of order. Message from management saying they were struggling with order volume but would be in touch - they weren't. Tried their hotline and it goes to voicemail with a message that they are not monitoring or responding to messages. Next stop will be Fair Trading. This is not how to run a business. I still have not received my products after 6 weeks.

Product arrived 6 weeks after ordering and arrived broken. It's been 6 weeks more trying everyday to call or email and no answer or response to emails. They are total crooks, have reported to fair trading and waiting for some sort of outcome

* Product did arrive eventually. Good quality, only issue was the dispatch time.I decided to support a local company, but feel disappointed that my items has still not been dispatched. I’ve emailed with no reply and cannot get through to anyone on their customer service line. I need this medical product and feel left in the dark as to whether it will arrive or not. Cannot order from elsewhere as cannot get through to request a refund.

I purchased a 3M Littmann - Classic III Stethoscope. It was shipped promptly, arrived in perfect condition, and I received it in just under one week! Very happy with my purchase, it's a good quality stethoscope, and the prompt delivery during the Christmas period was impressive.

I was very happy with the service they provided and the medical instruments I purchased. I have ordered from them two times now, and both times the instruments arrived within a few days. They were very helpful on the phone in answering my questions about the instruments. This assisted me in making an informed choice.

Ordered and paid for 2 items on 8th January. Received email on delivery delay on 19th January. Called twice and was told that items would be delivered in a couple of days. Today is 3rd February and called several times but to no avail. Recorded message to apologise the delay, however, mail box is full. So don't bother to leave message as it would not be checked. My money has gone to the scammers. Don't trust this company. Don't trust this company and don't trust this company. You will lose your hard earn money. Don't trust this company. :( :( :(

There was nothing redeeming about this experience. AMA Medical Products failed in every category. Their store is closed due to COVID-19 meaning I couldn't make the 5km trip to pick up spare parts for my stethoscope the day I needed it. Instead I had to pay for it to be delivered to my house, which cost 12 dollars (half the price of the product); with the hope it would be dispatched and delivered quickly. It took two weeks for it to be even dispatched then a further 3 days to make it to my house. To add insult to injury, my roommate ordered the exact same product from another store for cheaper and delivered significantly quicker.I cannot in good faith recommend getting products from this business, it objectively was outclassed by another company in every category.
