This place sucks and to make it even better these Chinese immigrants don't know what the language English is and will never know what it is. BTW this place sounds like it's so cheap that they don't care how you guys cut peoples hair but in reality they are a lot more barbers and hairdressers that charge less and cut hair way better

Went in this afternoon for a haicut to use my free haircut on their loyalty card where you get 10 haircuts and get one free and the young guy said we dont use them anymore its now under new owner management.So thats what you get for being a loyal customer for many years absolutely nothing.Im very dissapointed, you should be honouring existing loyalty cards because its us thats kept your business going by going regularly as loyal customers.Also you put up your price to $15 thats a 50% increaseThis is my last haircut with you, I'll be looking elsewhere

Asked for No 1. clippers got No.3 Young Asian boy no idea of how to cut, kept asking me how to do it after i explained what i wanted...He had no idea how to blend and feather hair and graduate the thickness. RIDICULOUS !! Taking money under false pretences...Avoid the place

Hopeless. Staff ignorant of customers. Shop is full... 4 people waiting. A 5th customer arrives...One of the two staff decides to leave... Goes shopping for 30 mins... One left cutting hair... If she was any slower she would need a reverse beeped..Terrible service... Don't care. Last visit I make..

Been going here for haircuts for sometime now. Always happy with the cut for the price. Sometimes the wait is long but I don't mind. Staff are polite. Value for money.
