Purchased a charger for an Ableton Push v1. Was sent a charger for Push v2. Have called, sent numerous emails and tried contacting via Facebook page to organise a return and refund. Incredibly poor communications. Not recommended for online orders.

Bought a Korg B2 digital piano music stand and B2 Dampener pedal fron these guys. They were super lovely to deal with and goods came quickly but they sent me B1 pedal and the music sheet holder was super flimsy and could not bear weight due to improper sized dowels. Got in touch and sent photos/video. They were super apologetic and explained it was a manufacturing issue with the stand and would send out new dowels which they did. Unfortunately it took a few weeks for me to receive as Australia Post neglected to let me know the package was being held at my local post office but I eventually got the second delivery. CMI sent new dowels for the sheet holder also sent out a new dampener pedal but upon inspection the second package was another B1 pedal. So now I have 2 B1pedals I can't use as the connection does not match my digital piano. New dowels for keyboard were better than the original but still improper fitting. At that point I couldn't be bothered getting back in touch with the company a second time so made do, but dowels on the piano keyboard have now snapped from the weight of the two piano books I had on it this morning. I'll have to seek out a new music stand and pedal from another supplier.

The team at CMI are a great group. They've helped me with a few things from parts, but more recently with a warranty claim with Korg for my SV2S-88 key. If anyone out there is experiencing a vibration with the new Korg SV2S (73 or 88 versions - I have the 88) contact your seller/local distributor. I'm based in Australia, purchased from Belfield (WHO DO ROCK - got me one of the first shipments of this awesome unit) CMI handled the claim, but ultimately K-Array in Italy needed to make a anti-vibration kit that stops the speaker cabinet from vibrating for certain harmonics. It happened to be about 14 keys mostly A's and F's that would have a very loud vibration with any volume above 6. Especially noticeable on Piano sounds. I imagine since this being a new product line with speakers, the team at Korg and K-array had to work out the kinks to stop the vibration. My local authorised repair made the simple fix and now BEAUTIFUL sound of this machine. Absolutely love my 88 key version. Great feel, awesome control, amazing retro sounds. So good to touch and feel what your changing with effects, eq, amplifiers, reverb. Gave me a whole new appreciate for playing. Love this keyboard, and the team at Korg/K-Array for addressing the vibration issue. Thanks CMI for following up with Korg and myself throughout the whole warranty process.
